They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation. I will only use Mergerian for carpet work in the future.

They provided a very competitive estimate and were prompt in picking up the rugs. They did say there could be additional cost depending on how many soaks it would take to clean all the stains etc. at the end of the day the price was worth every penny and was a fair price.
