When I sat at the bar the bartender was under the impression my ware and coors light were going in plastic cups for outside. I needed to correct her and told her I was there for dinner. With that she gave me the specials list which were brats, wraps, and such. She didn't offer me the regular printed menu until I asked for it. I ordered the 14oz ribeye which was the biggest and most expensive menu item. Steak and fries came out and I needed to remind them of my salad. That was quickly brought out. My salad leaf was chipped like for a chopped salad which isn't on the menu- or for wraps. My sale was an open face wrap minus the tortilla. My steak was cooked perfect and seasoned well. The quality was very fatty with a lot of gristle. The cut was poor but I enjoyed it as it was seasoned well and I was in the mood for a fatty steak. Fries were good. No salt, pepper, or catsup were offered and nobody came back to check on me. I think my three stars were generous
