This broker, Brook Miller, treats people like crap. That is of course, when you have a complaint. He changed the entire context regarding an issue we had with one of his agents, Kristie Rodricks. He was a complete jerk on the phone, twisted everything around, and at no time apologized, or offered any type of solution; he basically covered Kristie's a*s. Kristie lied to him as well, never owning what she actually said on the phone to us, nor accepting any accountability.
Do not patronize this company as they do not care about clients. We met her through:

The issue:
Kristie Rodricks was our agent from the Gilbert AZ office, and Brook Miller is the broker. When we moved, we accidentally left a small container (dipping sauce size) in the freezer (we turned the fridge off so as to not have it running empty). A realator from another office was showing our home, and was alerted by a potential buyer, that there was mold growing inside the freezer. They made the comment, "Well, we'd have to buy a new refridgerator IF we bought this house." after spotting the mold. That realator told Kristie about the mold and she did nothing to take care of it.
We had moved out of state and were totally unaware of this issue. She never disclosed it to us even though we were always in contact while our house was for sale. Unfortunately we had to move back to the home and had Kristie take it off the market. When my husband walked in the house, he noticed an odor right away. It wasn't until he began loading the fridge up when he discovered the mold, along with bugs in it.
We notified Kristie right away. She blew off my text about it, and when my husband talked to her on the phone, it was only then that she told him about the other realator notifying her about it. She new for weeks that mold was growing in there and did nothing about it. She prohibited the sale of our home due to people being able to smell that odor, and by them looking in the freezer. AND causing a potential health hazard by letting it grow!! Allowing that mold to grow causes it to become toxic! It would've continued if we left it on the market because she obviously had no intention of cleaning it, as well as her NOT telling us about it until AFTER we took it off the market and AFTER SHE RECEIVED HER COMMISSION.
This is unprofessional-ethically and morally. read more
