If I could have a complaint, my only one would be price, because they were definitely out of my price range, had we not still had our tax money at the time we would not have been able to afford them. Picked up the cake on the pick-up day and though it wasn't as "pretty" as I had wanted it to look, I figured the cake would taste better than the decoration. I was pretty disappointed when I took a big bite of my slice of cake, the bottom layer was dry and crumbly (either it was old or over baked) but the top layer was okay. I had asked for the icing to not be so sweet, but I guess they use pre-made tub frostings because it was as sweet as Betty Crocker's store bought icing. I asked for whipped cream cheese frosting, but she said they didn't do that type of frosting. I have had so many people rave about this bakery, and their store actually looks very nice and well kept. There are several beautiful cakes on their websites as well. Maybe I just got a bad cake, I don't know, but I expected better from a bakery that came with so many high recommendations.
