My colleagues and I were staying in a nearby hotel and after driving past Famous Bistro I checked out the Yelp reviews. So many five star reviews! We started with spanakopita bites which the chef recommended and they were flakey and delicious. The homemade bread was excellent. I ordered Salmon Dijonaise and it was served with herb roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I also ordered a side of haricot verts. Everything was perfect, and the salmon had great flavor. My colleague ordered a small spinach salad and Sundried tomato pesto penne. Servings were generous and we ended up asking our server to box up half of our entreès. Lunch for tomorrow, yay!
