Very new to Arizona and don't want to burn in the sun. I found this little diamond in the rough online and loved the reviews. Bethany was extremely patient with me on the phone explaining directions even though she was with another customer. I set an appointment, went in and was happily greeted by Bethany and felt 100% comfortable like I was with one of my sisters. This was my second tanning visit. I'm a novice at this and I must say Jahan and Lindsey were so sweet and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable there. The facility is new, and clean. An alcoholic beverage is also offered. I did not partake so I'm not sure if there is a charge. I just had my legs sprayed this week by Lindsey..... another perfect job .... Jahan sprayed my first tan and she did such a good job, I returned tonight...... and I expect that I'll be back. You change into a silky robe and grab a complimentary glass of wine, champagne, Mimosa, or even a cold draft beer and relax in the lounge before and after your tan. The airbrush tan is fantastic. Warm air and beautiful color. Bethany is wonderful and takes the time to get your tan just perfect. They also have an amazing spray tan booth if you don't want an airbrush. This is by far the best spray tan place I have ever been to! My derm has convinced me that tanning beds and the sun are our enemies when it comes to having beautiful skin and fighting time. I only have three stars because I chose to go dark and I asked several times if it would turn me orange and they said no, 11hrs later I'm washing it off and half of all of it came right of without any hard scrubbing, I'm blotchy/streaky, And I'm ORANGE! I have never gone spray tanning before and had my engagement photos this weekend... sort of risky to get my first spray tan before this big occasion, but it was definitely needed. Marina greeted me and ran through the different services (Machine spray and air brush). She said since I has such a special occasion that the airbrush would be a safer option. The care and quality that goes into each tan... here you never have to worry about orange streaks or looking completely fake. Very clean and great service! Been here a couple times and each time my spray tans turn out perfect! I've done other airbrushes in the past and they are freezing cold but this one was heated and dried you at the same time so you're not left sticky and wet. I had the most wonderful experience here! I was visiting from San Diego and needed a last minute airbrush the day before my friends wedding. I called the day of and Kirstin happily scheduled me in. I arrived and was greeted with a glass of champagne !! Kirstin happened to be the one spray tanning me! She was extremely warm, inviting, and professional. The perfect amount of color! I am fair skinned and usually turn orange with the airbrush tans. Bethany, the owner did my Evolv Airbrush tan and it was so natural! I got the lightest hint of color and she only did one coat. It also lasted for a good week and didn't wash off uneven. So... I just had to find a new spray tan salon. I went to Bronzemepolitan because it was close to my work. There is a woman named Johann who works there. Now... I'm used to the gals I was tanning with and know nothing about Johann. She immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome in her place of business. Very cool. Then she explained how the spray process works. She then took a lot of pride in making sure I was sprayed correctly as she was an artist and naturally wanting to do a great job because that's who she is. I've been sprayed twice by her and both times came out great. Keep in mind... As a Bodybuilder I'm not an easy client to deal with and I sincerely don't try to give these gals a hard time. I was hoping this would be a great experience because it's closer that my other tanning place. However, I was disappointed. The lady who was at the front desk and also who ended up spraying me was more concerned with her friends and playing on the phone than with me. When it came time to get tanned it seemed as though I was an inconvenience to her taking time away from her phone. She sprayed me as quick as possible, although having the spray warm was nice the results were horrible. When I got home and the next day you could see streaks, parts that weren't sprayed, my legs and arms were several shades apart. I've been airbrushed before and never had such drastically horrible results. The reason I gave this company a second star is because the owner was very concerned when told about the situation, and the airbrush solution feels nice going on warm. My husband was scheduled to go the next day and he cancelled because he didn't want to look like me. read more
