Christy and team are phenomenal. You feel so at-home there like you are among your closest girlfriends. Everything is clean and bright. I wanted a sun-kissed glow for Christmas Eve and they delivered! Their heated airbrush tan is THE BEST! Highly recommend! read more

Sweetest staff and best customer service i've had in a long time! love my tan too. Deff visit this beautiful business!

Great place. Good explanations for pre/post tanning expectations. Experienced staff. I did not drink just tanned. Will return.

Great place to go! We texted via Yelp after 10:30pm about a next-day appointment and got a response right away! My girls and I were on a staycation and wanted a little pampering. This was our first experience with spray tanning - not sure I would do it again, but honestly, this place was a great first experience. I feel like they did a great job. However, since it was approximately 1000 degrees outside and we wanted to go shopping, but weren't supposed to sweat due to the spray tan curing process, it made things pretty hard. And, we were just sticky all day long because of how hot it was. LOL... I'd go back to this place again for sure if I lived on that side of town. Check it out! read more

I am so happy with my spray tan, and the overall experience! Making my appointment online was easy, they were ready for me when I arrived, the tech was knowledgeable and professional, and the price was just right! Just one more reason I wish I lived in Scottsdale! read more

Christy was the sweetest! She was extremely friendly and showed me everything around the salon. She also gave me a full tutorial on how to use the Pura Sunless Tanning booth (which I truly appreciated - some salons won't give you a full breakdown and don't assist). Super easy, fast application and my tan looks so naturally bronze. She also offered me champagne and wine upon arrive which was a wonderful touch. Well worth the experience if you need a spray tan in Scottsdale! read more

This place is phenomenal! The owner and staff are extremely friendly, they offer you a drink while they prepare your custom tan, and the tan came out looking amazing. Highly recommend this place! read more

My tan looks amazing and Christy is THE BEST!! She is so sweet and great at what she does!! Love getting sprayed here!!

Recently left an over priced chain with rude employees to start spray tanning here instead. Wow! Way better prices and the staff is amazing! So friendly and welcoming! Cute clean salon. Never going back to the other place. This place is a must for anyone looking for a spray tan!! read more

Above and beyond in every way. Christy will have you beautifully tanned, a little tipsy on complimentary drinks (only if you wanted to be, of course), and smiling ear to ear by the time you leave her bright and sunny cafe/lounge-like salon. Amazingly informative, talented, and seriously the nicest person you'll ever meet. Just make an appointment, you won't be sorry! read more

JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!! Christy is the BEST!!! She made us feel so incredibly welcomed & was such a ray of light! Will definitely be back!!

I had scheduled a tan @ 2:45pm today (its a Saturday) at my normal spot. I had something come up and I was running late so I called to see if it was still ok to come in since they close at 3pm. Unfortunately my gal had a personal appointment after she closed up shop to get to so I had to cancel - though I know she would have stuck around if she could. I'm headed to Hawaii on Monday and not only are custom spray tans not as easy to come by, most places close earlier if they're even open on the weekend and pretty much always closed Sundays. I was already in the car driving to my appointment when I had to cancel so I pulled over and found Bronzmopolitan. I was incredibly stressed when I called to see if I could get in on such short notice/before they closed at 4pm. I told the woman on the phone about my dilemma and she told me to head right over - I was soo relieved. The two girls that were there when I arrived were so incredibly friendly and I felt comfortable right away. I've been going to the same place for years and it was actually the first place I'd ever even gotten a spray tan so it was a little scary going somewhere new but I felt better the instant I got in there. It's a very nice spot - clean and bright. The airbrush tan is HEATED which I've never experienced before and it was awesome. That was a major plus because I feel like the cold spray makes you just want to get it over with as quickly as possible. My whole body typically is covered in goosebumps the second it hits me and this didn't happen here which was sooo nice. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the ladies that were there - but they were awesome and I truly appreciate it so much. Thank you for putting my mind at ease when I really needed it - I have a lot going on right now so this kind of was my tipping point. They let me unload my frustrations, answered my million questions and they were SO nice. THANK YOU! Oh yeah - I don't even really know what my tan looks like yet but I'm pretty sure it will be perfect. She took the time to make sure everything was even. I think they nailed my color too just from the description I gave them since they use different products. I would definitely go back! read more

I never do reviews, but the experience was so incredible I felt compelled to write one.. These days it's a rare occasion to feel like you - the customer- really matter. The service and quality are impeccable! I can't wait to go back! read more

THE BEST AND ONLY place you should go for your golden, longer lasting spray tan! I've been coming here for years now and although there are many options, I don't go anywhere else...why? I'm a member, the best choice if you like to tan once or more a month and with my membership they include a glass of wine, champagne, etc...just a perfect little cherry on top the the "tan" LOL. The owner and employees are very talented in their technique and just the right combination of friendly and professional.....I never feel intimidated getting "almost" naked. Check it out and if you're like me....not a sun worshipper, this is a great alternative for having a nice custom colored tan! read more

Very boujee place. Staff is friendly and everything also looks pristine inside from new magazine piles to the bathroom countertops shining

Bronzmopolitan is hands down the best! They us top of the line products! And, they spray so even. I have gone to many places to get Spray tans and this was the first place that the products do not smell on me and look so natural! read more

I had a great experience while in the store-- everyone was super nice and seemed knowledgeable. The sprayer warms the tan which was nice, although it came out so powerfully that it stung just a bit. I was so excited to see how my tan turned out the next morning, and sadly it was so splotchy. My legs were way darker than the rest of my body while my feet were their natural color, and I had some stripes on my hands and on my chest. I got this tan for a formal event and am very thankful that I had a backup dress, because the V-neck gown I was planning on wearing was unwearable with how my chest turned out. read more

Awesome Place!! ^_^ Christy is full of energy and makes the environment so lively and friendly. The tan is awesome here. If you need any help, the staff (especially Christy) is super helpful. Keep it up!!! read more

I went to Bronzmopolitan for a spray tan before a bachelorette party. My GLOW lasted all weekend long and I got about a dozen compliments on it. Thanks for making me look great! read more

Spray tan sessions for $19?!? I had to investigate this evening for myself. First of all, love the location being on FLW and 101 freeway. Perfect for me commuting home from work. Love the simplicity of the salon, modern but welcoming feel. The owner greeted me w/a huge smile and walked me through entire process from start to finish. Complementary alcohol is optional but of course I had to partake to get the "true experience". They have wine, champagne, and beer available. I went w/the champs as I was in luxurious mood. ;) I was led to the changing room and handed a black satin robe and locked my clothing up in a locked locker. Then, hung out in the cute "lounge" area w/magazines on bistro tables w/flat screen tv. I did the Pura machine and it was pretty easy to use. The British lady (automated voice) is very clear and easy to understand. I smiled every time she said "Assume the position" in her snooty Brit accent. But, then again, I'm easily entertained...It did remind me of that scene also in the very first Austin Powers movie (where Austin was melted from being frozen since 1969 and he was being prepped in 1997 to hit the streets?). But... I digress. Another added plus for me is that the Pura machine did a full-body pre-treatment, which was all pH balanced. NICE!! My past Mystic machines never done NOTHIN' like that for me before? Plus, all tanners are offered plastic (individually wrapped) noseplugs and breathing aids/filters. I didn't bother w/those, but it was a nice touch. Oh, and warm "body drying"? I felt like how my car must feel after it's wash/wax! Bonus! This is my new spray tan place. Really great place! read more

I absolutely love this whole concept! Anytime you can get the ladies together especially before a big event to all relax in silky robes and get gorgeous. Plus they have drinks and ENCOURAGE hanging out there! -- WIN! They have online booking abilities, which is very nice especially since the four times I called I always got their voicemail. Unfortunately there wasn't an option to cancel your appointment so I had to leave a voicemail for that and once it was addressed (almost 24 hours later..) I rebooked online for same day. The lady who gave me the tour was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I have spray tanned custom and in booths many times but even if I had been a first timer I would have been very comfortable. I tried the Pura Booth. I am a light olive skin tone but have absolutely no base right now. Usually in custom tans I do a medium-dark spray and in Mystics I do a level 1 or 2. Never a 3! I said I wanted to get pretty dark for The Open so she suggested a level 3. I was a little hesitant but she assured me that would work or I could "double-dip" and get twice the amount of color. I erred on the side of caution and stayed with a basic level 3. The spray process was so nice and the booth itself is really high tech and left me not feeling sticky or drippy (yay no streaks!) it's nice that the booth does a PH balance spray and the color solution is heated so it was a welcome surprise! I left with just a slightly bronze color and showered the next morning for maximum development. I was really disappointed with the color. Nobody noticed I had gotten a spray tan. I didn't FEEL tan. It was almost like using a self tanning lotion like Jergens for a couple weeks. Very subtle but natural I suppose. I ended up getting a custom the next day from another place because it was THAT light. I understand getting a double when you have some kind of base tan but I don't think my tan was "Level 3" dark. I won't be back but I might send all my fairer skinned friends there. read more

I have never spray tanned before. I chose to do the pura booth medium color with instant bronzer. They offer you a drink, and I chose a watermelon margarita. I had it done about 6 hours ago and so far I think the color looks good I'm going to Vegas for the weekend, so I will see how the color holds up read more

I was in town visiting from San Diego over this past weekend. I went into Bronzmopolitan was very impressed by the atmosphere, and the adorable lounge where I was able to enjoy a Mimosa before using the Pura spray tan machine. I have been spray tanning since 2003, and have lots of experience with a wide variety of spray tan machines. The Pura was the BEST spray tan I have ever had for a number of reasons: 1. It got me SO dark, and did not looked amazing. 2. It went on extremely even and blended great with my skin. 3. It has lasted me almost a week!! NO other spray tan lasts that long! Bronzmopolitan is one of a kind. Bethany is amazing, and very knowledgeable about the tanning products, and makes sure your experience at Bronzmo is a great one. I wish there was a spray tan bar in San Diego like Bronzmopolitan! I would HIGHLY recommend this to all of the ladies in AZ looking to get a spray tan and a drink! C read more

Such a cute and fun spot to come and get a spray tan! Most places I've been to before are just a simple tanning tent in a salon, for the same price! The girls are so welcoming and nice, they make you feel comfortable and you get a complimentary drink! Such a great place to treat yourself before a vacation or special event. Thank you Bronzmopolitan read more

Never been personally spray tanned before! Totally worth it! It gave me the base tan I needed going into the summer season. Staff is nice, as a new business they do seem short staffed so hopefully they staff up as they grow..and as always, Chardonay is always welcome! I would recommend moving the lockers away from the main entrance so waiting guests aren't looking at you... that was a tad awkward. I was guilt of doing it to, as I waited for my spray tan. read more

I had a booth spray tan today, not my first but my first here. It was great! The salon was so clean, the experience was awesome. The employee that helped me( I can't remember her name** so sorry) was awesome. She gave tips, was funny and very very helpful. I only get sprayed for vacations or events but I will definitely come back, and bring any out of town visitors. I recommend this salon for anyone looking, it was inviting and fun. read more

Bronzmo is my new favorite place to get spray tans! I had been going to the same place to get spray tans for 8 years, but I recently tried their new Pura spray tan booth and had to make the switch. The tans come out so even and the perfect shade for my skin tone. It's also a great experience. They provide everything you need from a robe to foot stickers to hand lotion - much more accommodating than other places I've been. I've also been airbrushed by Bethany, and I loved the way it turned out as well. I would definitely recommend it for any special occasion because she'll make sure your tan is flawless. It's also the first airbrush I've had that uses warm air to dry you so you don't get goosebumps - genius. read more

The BEST spray tan in Scottsdale. Natural look, NOT ORANGE!!! Bethany the owner is kind, caring and makes you feel very comfortable. The salon is clean and very well kept. Having the choice for a cocktail before you tan is the best. Highly recommend this Tanning Salon. read more

I love Bronzmopolitan! I had a spray tan a long time ago and it was horrible and I was nervous to try it again. I went to Bethany at Bronzmopolitan after it opened and had an air brush tan. It looked so fantastic and natural that I'm now addicted and I go to Bronzmo faithfully every week. You will feel so comfortable and welcome the minute you walk in the door. You can have a drink, read a magazine, watch TV, or just hang out with your friends before and after your tan. Best tan in town - I highly recommend you try it. read more

Fantastic experience! This was my first time getting a spray tan. We were headed to Cabo with our family and needed some tan for my very white body. Christy was amazing! Her energy is contagious and she was so kind and thoughtful through the entire process. The tan lasted a long time (longer than I thought). It gave me a lot more confidence. Thank you Christy! You are awesome! I will be back! read more

I have been going to this place for over a year and I love it. I had never had a spray tan before coming here so I was nervous the first time. Christy was so professional, friendly and easygoing that it put me at ease right away. The icing on the cake is that you get a glass of champagne when you come in the door. As a mom rushing from one thing to the next, it's nice to have that little touch of pampering in my day. Then I walk out with a fabulous, high-quality tan! Also, Bronzaopolitan is a woman-owned business and I like supporting that. read more

What can I say about Christy? She owns Bronzmapolitan and she's an amazing person. She provides the best customer service, and the most even tan customized for you. Plus.... What a fun idea! Thank you Bethany for bringing this concept to life! I've never been one to endorse tanning beds so finding this place is a blessing when I'm looking for a healthy alternative and an extra colorful glow. Prices= Fantastic! This is a beautiful location in North Scottsdale and the prices do not reflect the high incomes for the area. Ambiance= Classy and Fun! I can't wait to plan a girls spray day and enjoy a few cocktails. I can't say enough great things about the ownership and the concept of Bronzmopolitan. I wish this place great success and I suggest YOU check them out! Cheers! read more
