I love all the staff they are all very friendly and willing to help you with anything that you may need. They are all educated and trained in what they teach and i feel that to be very important. Its great that they offer a variety of classes from yoga to bootcamp and everything in between. I myself do the kickboxing and bootcamp 4 days a week with an occasionaly yoga class when i have time and i have seen amazing results. Leon is a great trainer and he pushes you to do your best because he wants results!! Ambria's Zogalaties class makes u sweat as well and is great for toning. I have referred many people here because i truly believe its an amazing place to work out and to make friends. its only 10 dollars a class or 100 for the month so you really cant go wrong, i would recommend this place to everyone!!

Lisa (owner) was super friendly and made me feel welcome. BUT. I was very let down by the class itself. I was one of the first people in and I set myself up towards the front left corner of the room. I thought there would be around 10-12 people taking the class as the room isn't that big but boy was I wrong. By the time the class was starting I was sardine packed into the wall- one false move and I was taking someone's eye out. Idk if it's just her trying to make as much money as possible but girl maybe have a cut-off? I did not enjoy my experience AT ALL. I may as well have set my money on fire. Side note: I was disappointed that the demographic is a little older than I was hoping for and so I was even more disappointed when I was given a physical therapy resistance band. The asanas were way too easy yet complicated by the lack of space to actually stretch. I lived in Santa Monica before and my yoga practice there was just as aesthetically pleasing as this one but I always had 6' of personal space around me to freely move and stay inside my body. I am extremely late writing this review but I have finally settled into my new routine and find another Yoga practice but my disappointment came right back so I just had to get it out.

A few of the classes/instructors are really great (Mimi and LG, for example), but I generally found it really distracting how MUCH all the instructors talk so much during the classes. It's really hard to focus/concentrate; that might be fine for some people but I had never encountered a yoga studio like that before. Finally, the studio space is not always that clean.
