It was also my first time using a reformer and I was a bit nervous about the experience since I haven't worked out in years but, the instructor Skylar S was amazing. She took her time explaining the machine, was very attentive to everyone in the class and made the class enjoyable and fun. I purchased their new members deal that included 2 classes for $40 and can't wait to go back. Classes are small with about 8 reformers for each class which makes the experience intimate and not intimidating. There are lockers for you to place your things in and a nice bathroom for anyone who may need to change clothes before class.

Smaller and more intimate setting, which I truly appreciate. The class descriptions are detailed. I came in for exactly what I wanted. Instructor gave modifications and gave insight on what body part this workout was using. I checked in at the front desk, very smooth check in. The facility is one large room. There are 2 restroom. The lockers in the back have keys attached so no need to bring your own lock. Looking forward to check out the rest of the schedule.

For the two weeks previously I went to the Studio almost daily to build up for my surgery. I truly feel that I was in perfect condition for the surgery due to them. 9 days post op i can walk without crutches, a walker or a cane. My surgeon sent me to an Acute Rehab facility in White Plains. I left after one day of "physical therapy" there. The professionalism, knowledge and devotion to their clients at the Pilates Studio is without comparison. It just doesn't get any better, and I am- to say the least- hard to please
