Once I arrived and was greeted with a friendly hello parked the car and the technician got to work. The technician was fast and very tidy. I went to get my Windows Tinted about a month ago and I only went because of the deal they were advertising stating that they do window tinting starting at $79.99. I called before going to get a rough price estimate and the owner initially told me the window tints I wanted would be $175. I thought that was a great price so I went. Upon arrival, he confirmed the price but then added an additional $100 because the window tints did not include the front windshield... IT MAKES NO SENSE! Why give a price estimate and casually leave out that it does not include the front windshield until my car is in the shop?! Plus the job was Mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone wanting to get work done on their car. Alex the store manager installed a faulty HID headlight on my jeep and the light blowout within 3 weeks. I came back to have them fix or replace the product and he didnt want to change the headlight, and said he would have to charge me for replacing a faulty headlight. He initially told me he that there is a 1 year warranty on the product if anything happens to it but when I came back within 3 weeks he said there is no warranty on the product. No only is he uneducated as a sales rep he has no customer service etiquette and consideration. read more

I called to ask if i could come in to tint my front two windows about an hour before closing, the guy says it's okay. I get there, just to be told i have to come in another day. I left work early to get there an hour before they closed. Not to mention it took about 5-8 minutes before anyone even greeted or assisted me at the front desk. And when someone does come out, he's instantly flirting with me instead of focusing on the task at hand. It was frustrating to make the drive out there just to be turned away. So what was the point of calling ahead to confirm? I ended up getting my tints done that same day somewhere else and loved it! Glad I didn't get serviced there after all. I had to replace the Avital alarm Bronx Audio installed. I found out Bronx Audio over charged me a for a crappy installation of crap alarm . They left a sloppy bird nest of wires in the vehicle. Wires were left exposed and not grounded. The Avital at times would not disarm. When I first started having problems disarming the alarm they told me if I am near a police station, hospital or beach.. That can interfere with the signal. Another time I couldn't lock my driver door and the charged me $100 to alledgely fix it.. Only to find out the actuator needed to be replaced. Since last week the alarm kept falling. I was told I am lucky the vehicle didn't catch on fire from the way the wires were spliced. I finally had enough and went someplace else to have alarm/remote starter replaced. I have dealt with them for a few things and have at times found them to be unprofessional. Buyer beware!!! I wouldn't sent my worst enemy to Bronx Audio for their shoddy workmanship. Go to Best Buy! I took the biggest "L" on 7/17/22 by going to this place. I'm so upset, I can't even be upset. I have a Toyota Rav4. My Amp was out. I had no Bluetooth and paying for satellite radio for a year. After a rough year, I wanted to treat myself, celebrating my new job. I'll get the radio fixed. I was told I needed the factory JBL Amp and it would cost $600. Agreed! Let's do it! They called me about 2 weeks later when the part arrived. My son spent about 6 hours in the shop, because the new Amp blew. They told me it's the radio and I needed a piece that cost $100 more. They would call me when the new Amp and part arrived. My son goes back, they have it working. The sound was not great but it worked. 10 days later the problem happens again. I call them and make arrangements to come in Saturday. I go in, they take it apart. They can't figure it out. I suggest what if we replace the radio with something you have. They wanted to sell me a JVC radio, something I needed to use my steering wheel, controls, something to use my backup camera and one more item. Okay... $1100!!! I say and how much go against this part that doesn't work. Long story short... you gave us $700 and you eat everything and give us an additional $1100. Now the problem is not the Amp, but your radio has a short. I donated $700 and walked out of there with nothing!!!! Devastated is not a word! I went to Best Buy, I will have installed a pioneer touchscreen radio that works with both Apple and Android, the part for the steering wheel, the part for the backup camera and a extended warranty I paid $49.99 for that I never have to pay for parts even if the pixels go out on the screen. How much will all of this cost me???? $642. The money that was STOLEN from me is okay. I will get it back tenfold, but nothing good comes from playing dirty!!! Go to Best Buy or go to the dealer! First of all this shop doesn't deserve any star. A team of nonprofessionals overcharging for crappy ass work. I wanted to upgrade my factory speakers so i went to Bronx Audio after buying my JBL upgrades. The tech scratched around the doors of my brand new vehicle trying to open the door panels with a metal pry. one Speaker started shorting out after a few weeks so i decided to check it myself and discovered the bastard cut out my factory plugs and just poorly attached it to the speaker. I also replaced my headlights with HIDs and same thing happened, he did a poor installation and lights went out after a week of use. I will never go there again. read more

I went to Bronx Audio last week after being recommended at AutoZone in Westchester County. I was seen right away. The man tinting the car had me select the tint desired. They were courteous, professional and respectful. I asked for the wireless password to work on my laptop while I waited. They readily supplied it. The tinting took an hour, I was given a receipt without asking for one and the work was excellent. read more

This shop is a scam, I initially came here to have work done on my rims they convinced / assured me of the service this was over a $600 job. When my vehicle returned I had 2 message light indicators on & they informed me to keep driving so the vehicle can re-calibrate & it would be removed. after 3 days of driving & it was still there & i returned they then informed me 2 of my tire sensors were broken - although when I dropped my vehicle off it was working just fine. They then replaced only one with a used sensor & it was incompatible with my vehicle. Ultimately i went to upgrade one thing & ended up leaving with 2 more broken parts which i believe they broke to try & entice me to do more work. This whole shop is a SCAM!! Worst experience ever. (No exaggeration) The degree of unprofessionalism is inexplicable. First sign.. The phone rings for ages and has no voicemail system so u have to call about 3-5 times before u catch someone in passing that says "oh hey the phones ringing maybe I should pick it up." I dropped my car off for rim touch ups, paint and tints at 10am. The guy told me it would be ready by noon the next day. I show up from Stamford, CT to the Bronx at 5PM the next day and my car STILL wasn't done!? And I received no notice that it wouldn't be done on time? "Ok so what time will it be done I can wait here" I said to the guy. As he replied "tomorrow by 6-630pm"... Are you kidding me!!?? I just made accomdations to get out here and lost a day of work coaching and now it's going to turn into 3 because I thought I was leaving straight from there to work and it won't even be ready until after I'm supposed to be at work the next day!!?? Furthermore, they would not give me the contact info of the owner of the business! He said "All I know is he's a guy named Omar." Excuse me, ...What!? What reputable business has no contact information for their boss who's apparently some guy named Omar? This place is unreal. At best quick tints and leave people, nothing more. They are understaffed and unprofessional. It seems the only reason they are still in business is because of walk in customers & a premium location for traffic flow. You would be wise to stay away there are better places around in the Bronx that may be 10-15% more but 100% less headache and hassle. this shop is by far the worst. they are extremely rude and unprofessional. dealing with them was an extremely unpleasant experience. to say the least and i am shocked they are still open with the way they speak to customers and conduct business. i asked for a receipt and how long the work they did is under warranty and they responded with "we dont do that" i asked why i cannot have a receipt and why they dont stand behind their work and they said "have a nice day".... do yourself a favor and try out bronx auto sports over on webster. great team who does quality work and you will be very happy with your experience. stand up guys over there read more
