Any time, day or night, weekday or weekend, even over a holiday weekend, Ben was always available to show us houses he had found or we had found. And he told us, now that we're in the house, to feel free to keep asking questions (anything weird with the house, contractors, etc), even though he knew that was a big risk with how many constant questions we would text him during the buying process (which he always replied to very quickly and in a friendly and knowledgeable way)!
