We paid as required, received delivery reminders including the day before, and were told they would contact us when they were on their way for our 11:00am - 11:30am delivery window. At 11:25am, I decided to call as I hadn't heard anything and there was no answer, which was typical anytime I tried to call. Only email communication seemed to work. At 11:35am I receive an email, not a call, but an EMAIL to say they could not deliver due to a "staffing emergency and extreme heat." There was no owner/manager contact, no alternative solution, and no option for us to pick up. When my husband and son-in-law went to the business, it was dark, no one was there and the delivery truck was parked out in front, with no sign of an emergency noted. A refund was issued, but it had been submitted at 9:42am, well before we were notified of the cancellation, which would have given us more time to adjust. Recent reviews show other customers had the same experience in the same week! The lack of communication and accountability ruined important events for several customers, not just me! I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and strongly caution anyone to contract with them! In addition, multiple positive reviews have appeared this morning with high ratings and appear to be questionable, as a couple of them have the same name as the owner, which was able to be verified using a simple web search of the LLC. **PLEASE NOTE THAT SINCE I POSTED ON GOOGLE AND CALLED THIS OUT, ONE REVIEW WAS DELETED.
