Really disappointed with the customer service at Campus Quickstop in Chickasha, Oklahoma today. I…read morestopped by to get a reprint of my receipt because the one from the pump came out misprinted. The teller told me to "come back when we're not so busy." I drove out of my way to fix their mistake, and I work 45 minutes away -- it's not like I can just drop everything and swing back whenever it's convenient for them. That's not how customer service should work. It shouldn't take more than a minute to help someone with a simple issue like this. I expected better.

Most shops give you appointment dates like 2 weeks from next July. These guys get it in and get it done. I don't want personality I want get the job done. I am very happy with Griffith's.
