The teller told me to "come back when we're not so busy." I drove out of my way to fix their mistake, and I work 45 minutes away -- it's not like I can just drop everything and swing back whenever it's convenient for them. That's not how customer service should work. It shouldn't take more than a minute to help someone with a simple issue like this. I expected better.
