That is not even the amazing part. She smiled, was friendly, while being helpful and patient with the elderly clientele. It's one thing to keep calm when under that much stress but to still be interacting, conversations, and smiling while you have 12 people waiting....I am absolutely blown away by Tina's professionalism.
