I referred our neighbor and 6 months later have not received that referral check, even after contacting them 2 months after neighbors was completed. I gave Idaho Roofing Contractors a call to ask if they did roofing inspections before making my final payment to the company that did our roof. They said they would be happy to come out and do an inspection for me. They were extremely communicative and Chris Newton showed up at 2:00 just as scheduled. He walked around the house with me. Explained what looked good and what could have been done differently but was still ok. After a half an hour he said he was going to get out his drone out to see places we couldn't from the ground and snap photos. We then reviewed all the photos and I got a thorough roofing education, much appreciated! I don't know if they normally spend so much time for a free inspection, but regardless, Chris spent an hour with me and the roof and it didn't cost me anything. No sales pitch or request for me to write a review. I wanted to write a review because I wish I had found them instead of the other company I used. I was blown away that they would be so generous when they knew coming in there was likely no immediate financial benefit for them. From everything Chris explained about how detailed they are and how they take photos of every stage of a roofing project, I think anybody would be well off to use this company.
