I first brought in two pairs of jeans and a pair of cashmere lounge pants -- and they did such an excellent job that I've been back multiple times since. They've added elastic to the sleeves of a very expensive winter coat, hemmed several pairs of slacks and jeans, and taken in both the legs and waistbands of other pants. Every piece has come back fitting beautifully. Lisa is thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to make sure everything fits just right, and the pricing is very reasonable. Unfortunately this is the last time We will EVER use their services. My daughter's brand new dress that still had the tags on it and NEVER worn and cost $159.99 before tax was ruined. Dropped the dress of to be cleaned after the fitting from the amazing #1 tailor Europin Tailor Alteration & Bridal Sewing & Alteration * The Lakes, Las Vegas. This dress was the last one in my daughter's size and the color. The dress is for a wedding that is on 3/30/2024. So there is no time to even replace nor repair anything. The owner greeted me when I came to pick up my daughter's dress. As I said I have been coming for years. He even asked me to leave another review because his stars are higher than the other Mom and Pops location. My daughter and I returned back to the cleaners after seeing this burn mark. We are told there is nothing that they will do except a store credit for the dress amount. Which is NOT what we expected to hear. We asked for the owner to come in and discuss this with us. Unfortunately he refused. He had the manager on duty to relay all his messages. Keep in mind him and I were just having a nice conversation when I picked up the dress. They have you sign a store policy about removing stains and marks on items. Saying they are not responsible for any damage connected to the removal of them. They removed the oil stains that got on the silk fabric during the fitting of the dress. However, they created a burn mark in a whole different area of the dress. Only offering to give a store cleaning credit for the dress cost. All this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. To have the owner stand in my face and NOT say one word about the new damage of the dress that they caused. Neither have their manager on duty either say anything. Then to have his laugh and talk with me and ask me to leave a review as I always do for him. Is crazy !!! They have received thousands of dollars from me from repeated visits and I have sent people to this location. I ALWAYS give 5 star reviews on behalf of the owner and this business location. Just to have him treat me/us like nobody's and NOT refund the cost of the dress that they COMPLETELY RUINED !! I have sent this review to BBB and made a complaint with them as well. For this is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend coming to this Mom and Pop location for your next cleaning. There is another cleaners up the road that is your best option.

First thing I will say, is if you are ever there when a tall black man by the name of Jonathan is there doing his laundry, be sure to say hi! He was hit by a car one year old and his fought his way to health and making it to 40 years old. He was so helpful! The laundromat should make him a special helper. He certainly helped us to understand how the machines worked, since they no longer take change. The young lady, who was there with her little white Chihuahua behind the window, was also super helpful. She's worked there for about a year and her little dog has cancer. When I asked if I could see the dog, she went and picked her up and her little Chihuahua just snuggled into her. It was so sweet to see. I'm so grateful the management allows her to bring her little dog. She was great at giving Assistance as well. We were there about 430 on a Friday evening, so it was busy. Really busy! The area is not spacious, as it is filled to the brim with machines. They have a lot of laundry basket carts, which I really appreciated. You have the choice between a 30 pound washing machine for $5.50 or a 60 pound washing machine for $8.50. That is a per load price. We ended up doing three machines of $5.50, and one 8 $ and 50 Cent machine for the comforter. If you would like to rinse out the machine before you start putting your clothes inside, for $.25 you can rinse the machine for one minute. I really liked that as I am quite allergic to laundry, soaps and most laundry products in general. Then you push the button that says you're ready to start washing and you go to another menu where you can pick the type of wash you want I believe the ultra wash was the $5.75 option. You can also add additional minutes if your laundry is especially dirty. And all of these things will increase the amount you pay. I opted to download the app "LaundryCat". I didn't think we would need so much washing, so I just put $20 in. Then later another $10 and after that final $10. I was able to use my Apple Pay to put funds into this app. So no grabbing out credit cards! All you need is your phone. When you have picked all your options, you tell the app to pay, and you hold your phone to the black payment area that is separate from the main screen. It can take a few minutes for it to show that you have paid. My husband came up behind me and said oh you need to pay and I showed him. "No, it says that I've already paid it." But the machine wasn't showing the "start" button. Several minutes later they pay part of the machine finally talked to the start button and the machine started running and it will tell you how many minutes it will take. In our case, it was 26 minutes per load.

They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I was expecting a professional hem, not an unusually expensive alteration. I mentioned that the prices seemed high, so I decided to skip those items and asked about replacing the closure on one pair of pants instead. That's when she told me the seamstress wouldn't be there until Monday. I asked, "You're not the seamstress?" She said no. That left me wondering how she was able to quote exact prices for the other alterations if the person actually doing the work wasn't there. The interaction left me feeling confused and uncomfortable, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

She satisfactorily adjusted my waist and length of some dress pants - but can't most 8th grade home economic girls do likewise? Regarding another adjustment she made on my suit coat sleeve, it was pathetic. She shortened the sleeve, but did not line up the buttons with the remaining button holes. So one sleeve had 4 buttons and two button holes but none aligned. The other also had the 4 original buttons and 3 button holes, also not aligned. Plus, the 4th button was absolutely flush with the bottom of my sleeve. I cut off that button so that I could wear the suit that weekend, still I felt uncomfortable that someone might notice botched up sleeves. Was this total incompetence or was she screwing me over? Buyer be warned. I will never go back here for any service.
