The worst part was that they didn't even tell us this happened, they just hide the Jersey in the other clothes we sent to be cleaned. When we ask them to resolve the issue or give us some credit money to have this issue resolved, they told us they could fixed it and put the name and number back, but surprisingly they never did. Weeks have passed and still no solution. Their customer service SUCKS! They were mean and they didn't even care that they ruin a $200 jersey. I do not recommend this place, and this isn't the first time we had an issue with this place. Please don't bring your clothes here, they didn't even refund the money for the cleaners service that we paid.

I have been coming to this cleaners since 2019. I personally have spent thousands of dollars here…read more I have ALWAYS gave them a 5 star on Yelp and Google. Unfortunately this is the last time We will EVER use their services. My daughter's brand new dress that still had the tags on it and NEVER worn and cost $159.99 before tax was ruined. Dropped the dress of to be cleaned after the fitting from the amazing #1 tailor Europin Tailor Alteration & Bridal Sewing & Alteration * The Lakes, Las Vegas. This dress was the last one in my daughter's size and the color. The dress is for a wedding that is on 3/30/2024. So there is no time to even replace nor repair anything. The owner greeted me when I came to pick up my daughter's dress. As I said I have been coming for years. He even asked me to leave another review because his stars are higher than the other Mom and Pops location. My daughter and I returned back to the cleaners after seeing this burn mark. We are told there is nothing that they will do except a store credit for the dress amount. Which is NOT what we expected to hear. We asked for the owner to come in and discuss this with us. Unfortunately he refused. He had the manager on duty to relay all his messages. Keep in mind him and I were just having a nice conversation when I picked up the dress. They have you sign a store policy about removing stains and marks on items. Saying they are not responsible for any damage connected to the removal of them. They removed the oil stains that got on the silk fabric during the fitting of the dress. However, they created a burn mark in a whole different area of the dress. Only offering to give a store cleaning credit for the dress cost. All this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. To have the owner stand in my face and NOT say one word about the new damage of the dress that they caused. Neither have their manager on duty either say anything. Then to have his laugh and talk with me and ask me to leave a review as I always do for him. Is crazy !!! They have received thousands of dollars from me from repeated visits and I have sent people to this location. I ALWAYS give 5 star reviews on behalf of the owner and this business location. Just to have him treat me/us like nobody's and NOT refund the cost of the dress that they COMPLETELY RUINED !! I have sent this review to BBB and made a complaint with them as well. For this is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend coming to this Mom and Pop location for your next cleaning. There is another cleaners up the road that is your best option.

The cleaning as of late has been subpar but the final straw for me was when I took the same pair of pants that I've taken there three times to be hemmed back. The hem fell out again. The front desk said it had a heel strike and that's what caused the hem on one leg to fall out. I expressed how this is the 3rd time I'm paying to have the hem on these pants fixed. At one point does the onus lay on them? I don' mind paying something for the repair( her time/ Services rendered) but she charged me $25.00 for one pant leg. Insanity - to once fix again an issue that I've already paid to have addressed. I'm done, on principle alone I won't go back.

We were referred to this cleaner from my wifes wedding dress place to get it cleaned before our…read morewedding reception after our dusty outdoor ceremony in Utah. The place looked cleaned & fancy. Nicer than any cleaner place I've seen. Upon entering , we were greeted & the guy was super nice & friendly. I took off 2 stars because: A) the customer service from the other employee who apparently handles wedding garments was very rude. When discussing details of the wedding dress & to be done by June 4th if possible, the guy was super nice about it, but the lady came from the back (looked like she was eating from a side table) & she started saying "no no no, it won't be done by then, it takes 3-4 MONTHS to dry clean etc & quoted us $450 BASE & then to see what the wedding gown cleaner person quotes us after receiving the garment. B) after thinking about the situation once we left, we should've asked WHY it takes that long. Were they shipping out of state? It didn't make any sense. I can understand if it was a tight timeline from now until first week of June, but use manners. The customer service was terrible from this lady. We had no idea, we just got married, show some consideration. Came off super unprofessional. Overall, I'm not reviewing based on quality of this cleaner, but solely on the lack of professional customer service provided. She did mention look for other cleaners with a "plant" for in house cleaning for faster turnaround. I give her that, but Tiffany Cleaners corporate needs to reevaluate her customer service, especially if I'm being quoted $450 + for a service, I expect top notch customer service then. We did find another place that will get it done by the time we need for a fraction of the price this place quoted me with much better customer service.

If I could give Tiffany Couture Cleaners zero stars, I would…read more My experience was beyond disappointing. I entrusted them with an expensive suit that had only been worn once. It came back with multiple bleach-like discoloration marks that were not there when I dropped it off. The suit was essentially ruined. What was even more frustrating was how the situation was handled. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied causing the damage and offered no meaningful resolution. When you market yourself as a luxury cleaner and charge premium prices, you should stand behind your work when something goes wrong. In my opinion, expensive clothing is simply not worth the risk. I would never trust them with another garment, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering taking designer clothing, custom suits, or other valuable items there to think twice. Take detailed photos before dropping anything off--you may be glad you did. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I regret ever taking my suit there. In my opinion they should be avoided like the plague.

Took in a custom made wedding dress that had a lot of salt water stains from the Aegean Sea. The employee who took in the dress seemed confident that they could clean it. Went and picked it up today and sure enough, the dress looked as good as it did when it was brand new in July. Master Cleaners did an outstanding job on this wedding dress cleaning.
