We replaced every single pane window in our home about a year ago, and because it was such a huge…read moreinvestment, we spent a lot of time researching windows. We looked at a number of brands, and talked to a number of installers, contractors, window dealers, etc. We were and are really impressed with the NT Windows Best Investments showed us. The quality is top notch, and the price was extremely competitive. Art, the head of the installation crew, did a fantastic job...20+ windows in less than a week, and they cleaned as they went along (with two little boys, I was really worried about glass, but they did a great job with demo). We had a little bit of a problem with one of our front windows having the wrong grid pattern, even after our sales representative checked and re-checked with us before placing the order. There was a lot of back and forth, and it caused a slight delay, but in the end Best Investments replaced the window TWICE at no additional charge to us (and it was a HUGE window), and we were/are happy campers. I think problems with a job the size of ours are not uncommon, and customer service surrounding problems is when a good company is set apart from a great company, and Best Investments proved themselves to be a great company! We've been living with the windows now for a year and have had zero problems. Utility bills are down, and we've gotten several compliments from neighbors on how nice the windows look from the street. I highly recommend Best Investments and NT Windows!

When I called the company, the man I spoke with, after I explained my situation with several of the windows, said, "I'll take your information and the next time we have someone in your area, I will have then stop by." He then asked what type of windows did they install, I told them Maritech and he said, "shoot, they are out of business, there is nothing I can do." He said my options were to contact other companies to do the work. I would have to pay out of pocket for something that I already paid for and was guaranteed by this company.

While I haven't seen his roofing work firsthand, I appreciate his ability to bring in the right people for different tasks efficiently and at an affordable rate. He hired a team to remove a tree from the house, handled mitigation work like tearing out sheetrock and covering the roof with a tarp, and arranged for carpet removal in the master bedroom for inspection. He also brought in workers to cut and haul a fallen tree behind the garage. Michael has a strong network of professionals and ensures the job gets done. If you're looking for someone who can coordinate and manage different aspects of home repair, Falcon Roofing is a solid choice! Side note: We still have several exciting projects on the horizon with Falcon Roofing. Once the roofing work is started & completed - I will share before/after photos of all the home repairs and improvements made....so stay tuned for more

Sam & Son came recommended by a friend who had some work done on his roof. My call was immediately picked up by the owner, who had me text him my name, address, etc and told me he would try to get out the next day. They did, got me a verbal estimate because, like me, they were also out of power, and got here the day before rain was forecasted to fix my roof. I can't thank them enough for their speed, and the cost was extremely reasonable all things considered. They didn't gouge me with it being high demand after a hurricane.
