I email Crosby Home Services and Chris responded within an hour. He was able to come out the same day to look at the job. We discussed what I wanted and he and he gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable. He said he would call me on Friday and let me know when his crew would be able to start. He called on Friday and scheduled the work to begin the following Tuesday. His crew showed up at 7:00am and started putting the wall up. These two guys knew what they were doing. Very professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job. I will call Chris again for future projects. A result of this is that the wood has become compressable. Through this, the decks started to sag, a very dangerous situation. We called around and were very fortunate to find Yavapai Decks, Abide Construction. Nate talked with me about the project and fortunately had a couple of open days in the near future. He came out and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. Later that week he came out and did the repair. This involved jacking up the decks so he could remove the bad lumber. The end result is that we now have a very solid foundation for our decks. The work was done beautifully and structurally sound. He even painted the supports the exact color of the existing structure.
