Talking about going above and beyond that was awesome and I really appreciated that! Larry came out and provided me a quote for doing some work at my house and it was very professional as well. The nice gentleman that came out to do the work was also pretty amazing, I believe his name was Corey, very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He assessed to work carefully and when ahead and put in the weatherhead and the electrical pipe that needed connecting and he made sure that he did the work very cleanly and secure, this is always appreciated and after he left he cleaned up and did a nice job overall. They originally quoted me $650 for a simple wiring job, then suddenly dropped the price to $425 -- which already made me question their credibility. When I mentioned that another licensed electrician quoted $150 for the exact same work, the technician became visibly angry, raised his voice, and stormed out of my house without finishing the conversation. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from any professional service. If they act this way over an estimate, imagine how they'd behave once they have your money. The lack of integrity, communication, and basic respect was shocking. Do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else in Evansville -- there are plenty of electricians who are honest, respectful, and transparent. Charlie's Electric is absolutely not one of them.
