I tried walking in and was told the wait would be 20 minutes, so instead I made an appointment and came back. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and attentive to my needs. She was patient and checked in to make sure she was cutting the right length. Without asking for it, I also got a back massage, a hand massage, my nails clipped and a quick facial. This shop is located on the second floor of a plaza and offers seating outside to wait if needed. About 10 minutes after our reservation time I was called in while my friend remained waiting. My haircut was about 3/4 done before he finally was called - it was about 45 minutes after our reservation time at that point. The haircuts themselves were decent and the location is clean but the long wait was a huge turn off. Also, there are better barber shops in the area that offer a hair wash, styling and massage for less than what they charge here for a basic cut. They shouldn't accept reservations if they can't honor the time.

It was done fast, and the older gent explained to the younger stylist where and how I wanted some parts tweaked. Perfectly happy. I saw what they did with some other customers, great job as well.
