Restaurant opened on Tuesday so thought we'd give it a try. Menu has some varied choices & seems to be moving away from the typical local bar fair. I had Szechuan salt & pepper chicken wings to stat & Toffee Apple Glazed Pork Belly which came with black pudding mash, kale, cider & chorizo sauce. I was unsure of the pork combo but everything was perfectly cooked & the flavours were an great combo I would definitely order again as it just melted in the mouth. We had a few fried dishes like the chicken wings, fish & chips also sweet potato fries but for they all seemed to have a sweet taste to them I think something sweet had been fried in the oil. The waiting staff were pleasant & helpful but need to be a little more attentive as we were left without cutlery & had trouble ordering more drinks with our mains. I'm sure this will all come with experience & these are just a couple of teething problem for their first week. I'm looking forward trying more of the menu. read more
