This place is AWESOME…read more I am not going to be really specific about why. Just trust me on this. If you are a cigar lover you will find something you like. Plop your self on one of their couches in the back area and enjoy your smoke. The prices might be a bit high but if it is a good cigar that does not matter to me. This has become one of my favorite hangs in the area. The staff and everyone I have met their has been super friendly. It really is a "great" cigar shop. I don't smoke a cigar too often but if you drop by you will probably see me blah, blah, blahing away here. Just ask my Yelp buddy Steve N. He has listened to me blah blah here plenty of times. Nice selection of unique, fairly priced items. The folk in the shop have been always friendly, always helpful everything time I've been in (All two times). What I like is their selection of tie-dyed items and Baja hoodies. I actually bought one of my favorite Baja hoodies there. They also sell my favorite brand of incense, and not only that but offer up several fragrances I don't find anywhere else. So I usually pick up that as well. Tell you what, definitely makes my suitcase smell nice when I pack it in my checked luggage. Anyhoo, chances are I'll be back the next time I'm in New York. Aside from my primary purchase, they also had a lot of little items I've been looking for. (I said I'm picky so finding the right papers and the right tips is actually a big deal). Items were priced as expected. My friend and I were given just the right amount of space to look around, combined with the right amount of attention to ask questions when we needed. To the reviewer who complained about not being able to return something: every head shop I have ever been to for the past 30 years has had the exact same "no returns, no exceptions" policy. I also had a problem with the first PAX I bought (different shop), and contacting PAX was easy and they replaced my item quickly. This is standard policy.
