The Troy location has large sheets of plastic, and the employees are always "covid safe"!…read moreBut that's not the best part. All employees have been helpful, knowledgeable, and are true vaping fans. The main employee who is usually there in the afternoons is always so pleasant and polite! He attends to customers quickly without any loss of service. He's knowledgeable not only about vaping products, juices, mods, tanks, CBD, glass pieces etc. But he is also up to date about any NY laws and news about vaping in general. He's not just a register clerk, but a true vaping fan! It has been hard to adapt to the tough NY restrictions on vaping. But every time I enter the shop I feel like I know somebody who understands my "nicotine hobby" and treats me like a valued customer. I shop here many times a week and receive great prices! Don't take my word for it... come in and check it out! You won't be disappointed! Dee

I've been a member at several cigar lounges and was surprised by their large selection which has all of the usual suspects. But here's why I'm going five stars. I thoughts the prices for the area were very competitive, but then discovered they offer buy 5 get 1 free! That's basically a 20% discount! So if you go, don't expect a lot of help from the staff, but appreciate that you won't have someone on top of you. I was also able find some cigars that have been harder to find like most decent bourbons. LFD double ligero. At the same time, if you don't know what you're buying, please don't spend more than $10 a stick. Start with like a Perdomo Champagne which is very newbie friendly and they have humidor packs that keep the cigars fresh for a while.

This place is AWESOME…read more I am not going to be really specific about why. Just trust me on this. If you are a cigar lover you will find something you like. Plop your self on one of their couches in the back area and enjoy your smoke. The prices might be a bit high but if it is a good cigar that does not matter to me. This has become one of my favorite hangs in the area. The staff and everyone I have met their has been super friendly. It really is a "great" cigar shop. I don't smoke a cigar too often but if you drop by you will probably see me blah, blah, blahing away here. Just ask my Yelp buddy Steve N. He has listened to me blah blah here plenty of times. It is from that rush of nicotine that comes from smoking a cigar to completion :)

Cabinet lighting, expand the lounge, get better air handlers, have a "humidor room" instead of just cabinets. I will be back to this review... I want to 4 star this BAD but I have to be honest and go with a 3. Overall : great option if your in the area, just don't expect anything fancy.

I got the two for $50 disposable vape deal. The vapes sadly gave me almost zero buzz. It felt as if the THC was left out of the liquid. I'll be coming back to try out the flower and hopefully I can boost this rating up to a 4-Star.
