Here is my experience in a quick paragraph. I pull up Friday at 2pm. I have an old four-wheeler and motorcycle I want to trade in on a single new four wheeler. I spend the next couple hours getting passed back and forth between one sales person and a manager. Finally (I picked what I wanted within a few minutes) they decide to look at my equipment, then starts another hour+ of wasted time, they come back with a really low-ball offer and the manager has this snickering grin on his face. I ended up just buying the unit because the price was fine, I just did not enjoy working with their people in sales or service. So... never going back is where I left the place.

I had a great experience as a first time motorcycle owner! I really wanted the new Can-Am Ryker, a super cool three wheel motorcycle that is new to the market as of the time of this review. Louis Powersports is known as one of the "hub" dealers for Can-Am, so despite it being a little bit of a drive for me I went all the way out to Greenville, and past some other dealers, to deal with Louis Powersports myself. The sales team was easy to deal with, no pressure and super knowledgable. Lisa, the finance person was especially amazing. They made it all so simple, and quick. I went from walking in the door to driving off on my new 2020 Ryker 900 Rally in about 90 minutes. Seriously! Lisa had one of the technicians spend 30 minutes with me giving an in-depth overview of the bike and its features, letting me test it in the parking lot, and understand all the knobs and levers. To be honest the Ryker is super simple, a great "first bike" for someone not quite interest in all the speed and danger of a two wheel motorcycle haha. End of the day, I got the extended warranty just in case, and now I have the peace of mind that should anything happen to my Ryker that at least Louis Powersports will handle it for me, which is nice to know. I would definitely suggest that anyone in the market for a fun toy check them out, they took great care of me.

Test drove it, drives the same as when I dropped it off. I paid for parts up front on 12/3 and was told it was a clutch issue and would be done in a week. Gave it some time because of the holidays. Started to get curious again after the first of the year. Called and was told we're working on it and they'd had some changes at the shop. Called again the next week, same answer. Last week I went to the shop and was told Brody was out but would call me. Brody calls and I express my displeasure. Told him he had a week and I'll be picking it up. Picked it up today and was prepared to pay whatever was fair if it was fixed. It was not. Brody tells me he'll make it right. Takes an hour off the diagnostic time and still charges me $396.84 for a 3 month clutch repair (1-2 hour job) that did not resolve my issue. My neighbor recommended this place because he knows the owner. Hated to tell him they were terrible, but he apologized. 10 out of 10 would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I had a Honda dealership quote me $300 (that's just mounting/balancing mind you... I was providing my own tires and tubes) and they said I would have to bring it on Saturday for walk-in service. That sounded crazy to me. I had a few other places tell me they couldn't do it or I had to leave the bike for 3 days, and one guy that was taking forever to respond to me. Thank goodness I found Clark's and called them. They told me to bring it on by so I went to lunch in Greenville (I work close by) and dropped the bike off. They not only mounted and balanced the tires, but repacked the wheel bearings and cleaned/lubed my chain as well! All in less than 3 hours. I picked the bike up that afternoon and the total charge was $140 out the door. They are good, honest, down to earth people who know what they are doing and charge a fair price. I wish I'd have known about them sooner, they'll definitely be my first call for any service needs in the future on my bikes.
