One of my biggest concerns was his speech delay. When he started in October 2024, he was barely verbal. Now, in July 2025, he's using two-word phrases consistently. KinderCare helped us get connected with speech therapy, and the growth I've seen in him is undeniable. The center itself is always clean, organized, and professional. They offer extras like soccer, water play, and music/phonics lessons that keep my son, Euro, engaged and happy. Every staff member is wonderful, but I want to highlight a few: Nimat, the director, has been so helpful and hands-on. Derryl leads phonics and music classes, which Euro loves. His main teacher, Miss Beverly, is amazing--very patient and hands-on. Ms. Lita and Mr. Marcus are also favorites of my son; he really enjoys their energy and support. The center's communication is top-tier. The app they use makes it easy for me to stay updated with pictures, videos, and daily reports. Meals and snacks are provided, along with diapers and wipes, which is super convenient. We're so happy with the care and progress Euro has made that we've decided to keep him enrolled for the next learning level. Not only do parents and children benefit from a clean, new facility, the teachers and staff manage to blend the line between professional and loving in the best possible way. My son was always so happy to go to nursery every day and get cuddles from teachers who genuinely cared about him. The perks of having things like diapers and wipes included in tuition made it so easy for me as a parent. You can tell that Kelsey and JD who run the facility are approaching childcare with new, modern eyes. They are looking for solutions for the parents of tomorrow. The co-working space associated with the center is a mini digital oasis. Delicious, local coffee on tap, chic, comfy spaces to perch and other working parents doing it all. I didn't hold a membership but instead chose to do drop-ins when I needed. An added benefit is that they allow you to host small meetings there - something I took advantage of a few times to great success. Their lactation room is so clean and convenient if I wanted to pop down to pump or pull my son out of class to breastfeed him. I cannot recommend Two Birds enough. After two kids, it's the highest quality care I've ever experienced. The community they're building of working parents is trend-setting and I expect we'll see a lot more like this in the future.

The attention given by the teachers to the babies/toddlers/children is over the top. Everyday I check the app to see what they do, and no joke - it seems like they had professional photographers take photos of my kids. Everyday the kids do a new and interesting activity that blows my mind. Even better they potty trained my son, helped him give up his pacifier, and turned him into an articulate curious child. The icing on the cake are the strict covid protocols. This place is cleaner than than a hospital, and all the parents take the protocols very seriously as well.

However, now that we have been at Communikids for 1 year, my favorite aspects of this school are 1- the affection/attention from teachers and staff and 2- how orderly and well-organized they are. Danielle S was very nice, and I would be happy for her to come again. It sounds like she has good experience for the role. We had one incident where she took out 3 colors of play dough and was making shapes with the stamps......... ON THE CARPET. She didn't realize she was creating the marks (leaving play dough stuck in the carpet) and didn't realize it was a carpet (she said she thought it was a play mat). I think we all make mistakes. She apologized. She didn't blame my son. He has never done play dough anywhere on the floor or carpet, and never used more than one color. I read on the internet that one needs to wait for it to dry before trying to remove it. I contacted the company later that day and very politely asked "what are we going to do about it if it doesn't come off?" The admin lady blamed my child knowing nothing about the situation. She said the kid probably told her to do it... and more blaming things, which were completely not true. She said she would speak to a supervisor and get back to me. She, nor anyone did get back with me. That's very unprofessional with not covering for your employee's mistake, and getting back to me.
