One star is honestly too high for Broadbanvi/Liberty. For over a month, my internet service has been intermittent and essentially unusable during the evening hours. The connection routinely shuts off around 10 PM and does not return until approximately 10 AM, leaving me without reliable service for half the day.
I have called and emailed multiple times, and each time I am given vague explanations and no real resolution. Living on the island of St. Croix, reliable communication is essential, yet after poor service from One Communications, I am now experiencing the same level of poor service from Broadbanvi/Liberty. The company continues to take my full payment every month while failing to provide consistent service or meaningful support.
In my experience, this provider has been unresponsive, unreliable, and unwilling to address a persistent problem. Horrible service, and an extremely disappointing experience overall. read more
