I bought their tomato basil chicken sausage, which we really loved. We had it with spaghetti and we also put it on pizza and it was fabulous. I have bought a rack of lamb which we have yet to taste, but I am looking forward to it. I also bought a smoked chicken breast which we made made into a beautiful dinner and totally enjoyed that. Oh no, they have so many offerings there and their food is from local farms so you know you're supporting all the local forms in the area. The quality is extraordinary. They will also dress and cut up venison and whatever it is you need which is an unusual and specialized service that they offer. If you are a hunter, this is the place to go with your prize.
