I like a company that communicates with you, and this one did from the office staff verifying the appointment to the men on the job who let us know when they'd be here for the work. It is very welcome and in today's workforce, very unusual, to get a thank you but we did. We received a nice card a few days after the service thanking us for our business. It wasn't about the money - I spent a ton on one of their faucets for the kitchen sink. But for some reason they didn't have a faucet to sell me for my half bath which seems ridiculous for a full service plumber. I went to Home Depot - bought a fixture and East Brainerd got the job done for a way more reasonable price. Shout out to Jacob for installing two sinks and fixing two leaks.

I did see that the blade had what I would call "cut into the copper." As I tried to put the new valve on and tighten it, the copper pipe gave where I had cut into it. I immediately shut the water off and went YELP to look for someone local. I saw Zac's business had two 5 star reviews and read them both. I like to support small businesses as much as possible. Although he only had the two reviews, I decided to to give him a shot, and I am so glad I did! He answered immediately, and I explained my issue. He asked me to text him my contact info, and address along with a pic of my problem. He was finishing up with a job he was currently working on and headed straight over to take care of my plumbing issue. He completely, re-routed my water shut offs, to fit better in my new vanity. My wife timed the entire time it took him to fix our problem once he brought in what was needed for the job. His helper was fast and courteous as well. It took him 21 minutes to completely fix it! He brought me in to show me and verify it wasn't leaking. My wife and I were totally amazed at his quickness to diagnose and fix the problem. I had worked on it for two evenings because I wanted to "save a dollar." I for one can tell you his prices are more than fair and he knows what he's doing. He's coming back to take care of our pressure relief valve in a couple of weeks. If you're in the Chattanooga/ Ooltewah area, Zac is the man you need to call. Highly recommend!

They showed up on time, That's The ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. After the Technician showed up I told him I had changed Inlet water screen, ignitor and flame rods and had flushed the system. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!!
