It took them over an hour and a half what took only 20 minutes. They sell you stuff you do not need saying "I only work with metal traps.' They were very nice, but they clearly had no idea how to re-install a sink. They kept pulling on my disposal cord until I showed them how to get it apart. They were getting ready to leave and the faucet was hanging over into the sink. They said they didn't have the part so they were done. I asked if they had looked in the box. There it was and finally got fixed. As an Architect I found it hard to believe that they were real plumbers. Avoid.

They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem.
