I hired Tzo Ai for month-of coordination and she exceeded my expectations in every way. She started working on my wedding a full two months out and she was extremely thorough, organized, calm and responsive. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect! Everything was flawless and exactly as I'd imagined it. Tzo Ai made sure that everyone was running perfectly on schedule, so much so that we were actually AHEAD of schedule at times so we had room for extra photos! Well before the month began, Tzo Ai sprang into action. A year prior to the wedding, she joined my wife for a walk-through of the venue. She also made sure to highlight important points that we needed to focus on in the months prior to the wedding. My wife is very organized, but Tzo Ai used her breadth of knowledge to take things to a higher level. Her attention to detail shined in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She kept us focused on all of the important details. A crucial aspect for us was how well she handled problematic vendors with ease. When our wedding day came, Tzo Ai and Lauren were a delight. I've been to several weddings where the coordinator was overbearing, which made the event laborious. Tzo Ai was calm, focused, and was always immediately responsive when we needed something. She even was able to quickly fix a family member's wardrobe malfunction. The event went so smoothly because of her excellence in management and coordination. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Every detail was handled with precision and care--from crafting a daily itinerary of winter activities like skiing, ice skating, and dogsledding, to orchestrating a spectacular birthday bash complete with shuttle service for guests, stunning décor, catering for food and beverages, a fantastic DJ, photographer, and even fun photo booths. The list of what she managed is endless! What truly stood out was Jacque's professionalism and calm confidence throughout the entire process. Even when things were uncertain, she never wavered. Dynasty Weddings is amazing; from the initial booking process all through to the day of the event…read more Chris the owner and manager, was super helpful with schedymy daughter's Sweet 16 event. He helped me make mindful edits and suggestions as an unexpected injury almost sidelined the whole event. His team was so understanding at pivoting all throughout the day. There were so many last minute changes that took place. They were such great sports about everything. They were super patient, very professional when approached and helped me with every change up needed. All of my guests had a fabulous time with DJ Winston, spinning tunes and giving out light up sticks on the dance floor (that was a very nice surprise). Winston was so easy to work with. He arranged our playlist perfectly. Ben, our photographer, was really super! He helped us with staging, posing, checked for optimal angles and lighting. Did retakes on the spot if it wasn't perfect. I really appreciated that. All throughout the event, he was running around taking shots, double and triple checking my pre-set list of must have photos. He didn't miss a beat. During our event, I recall seeing him on the floor, behind the tables, by the back wall - I mean he was literally everywhere! I think he was more anxious than I, about the photos I said I wanted as he reminded me a few times that I didn't take the few shots that said I wanted. LOL (No worries Ben, you did it, we got them all)! And kudos to our photo booth attendant, Jeffrey. A man of very few words but he was patient and took care of 70+ guests in 4 hours. He manned the photo booth solo and it ran very smoothly. Between the multiple prints for each person and those re-takes, he was so quick. (Some of us were caught off guard so outtakes and retakes were indeed a thing). The 40+ teens definitely had a great time taking photos at the booth. All of our photos came out great. Choosing the photo layout and card design was actually the hard part - we took a bit of time to choose. Our guests really enjoyed the variety of props provided, you could tell the had fun with it. The best part was the silver backdrop we chose for our booth -- it was classy and stylish. Loved it and it complimented our decor! I totally recommend Dynasty Weddings without reservation. When it came down to the wedding, everything was amazing! Everyone was raving about the photo booth and the animated GIFS! The prints/photos were some of the highest quality I have seen from a wedding! Tommy was great with the light setup and managing the photo booth! Following the wedding, we also received a photo gallery. The pictures were enhanced and everyone looked amazing in their shots. Chris and his team provided ease of access to the photos for us to relive all the memories! DJ Lo provided such a great ambiance and really transformed the dance floor when the time came! He understood what the wedding needed in terms of music and was great with accommodating all of our song requests. The music really brought everyone together and made it a fun night! And lastly, Terry did a great job of navigating me throughout the night as my bilingual MC! He made me feel at ease and I appreciate all the coordination! Everyone loved the opening ice breakers he brought up! I appreciate how smoothly everything turned out with Terry navigating me throughout the night! Dynasty Weddings brought such a great team to my wedding! I highly recommend them as they made my wedding reception unforgettable!

She is absolutely amazing and will help craft an event that is better than you could have imagined. She has been such a pleasure to work with, and would highly recommend her. Let me back up and give you some context. My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in NJ on my uncle's farm. The only problems with that were that we lived across the country in Portland and we didn't have a building to have the ceremony in. My husband and I also both worked full time jobs. We began to realize that we'd have some time constraints on our hands and hiring a wedding planner might not be a bad idea. After reading some reviews online, I reached out to a few planners and set up a couple of introductory calls to hear about their services and experiences. When I started talking to different wedding planner, every one of them started off by telling me about all of their packages and what was included in their service. Lindsay was different. Unlike the other planners who immediately went into their sales pitch, Lindsay wanted to hear our story and what we wanted in our wedding. It seemed like she genuinely wanted to help us create our special day, not just give us a cookie cutter list of services. This was such a refreshing and personal way of approaching wedding planning. I knew from that minute that I wanted her to plan my wedding. Lindsay of Simply Sunshine Events is an amazing events planner, coordinator, and event designer. She covers a wide array of events, from wedding and baby showers to corporate events and fundraisers. And every single review that I read about the company was simply glowing. Not only is she professional, candid, creative, and helpful, but she just seemed like someone who I would work well with. Ironically we both grew up super close to one another, so we instantly clicked on that part of our past. Even without that connection, I knew that we would get along well. We decided to get help on both the design portion as well as the planning portion of our wedding. I'm really not the most creative person in the world and I felt like we needed help putting together the overall vision. We were presented with a personalize design brief with a couple of different options. Once we decided on a vision, Lindsay was able to pick out vendor options that she thought would work well with the venue and overall theme. It was so much less overwhelming being able to choose out of a couple of highly recommended vendors than to have to choose from everyone in the area. Which leads me to another important thing that Lindsay brought to the table: experience. Not only has she worked with all of these people before, but she has seen all the ins and outs of doing a wedding at a "home" venue. Initially, we thought it would be more cost efficient and easier to have an at home wedding. However, it turns out that this makes the whole planning process much more difficult since we had to not only style a wedding but actually create a venue. Lindsay instantly knew all the things we needed to look into - a tent, flooring, a generator, bathrooms, the list goes on and on. She provided us super detail specific timelines of when we should do each task, as well as supplemental tools to assist us along the way. With Lindsay's help, my husband and I made a lot of the big decisions pretty early on in the planning process. I completely trusted Lindsay's opinion on vendors and that really worked out well for us. We had amazing food and cake tastings, had a florist meeting on site that was spot on, and have a Chaplain who gave me chills when going through ceremony options. The best part about the whole deal is that Lindsay can sometimes get her clients special discounts with vendors that she works with regularly, and passes those deals directly to her clients. Some planners will take those discounts as profits, but Lindsay has an awesome system where she charged us one flat fee for everything listed in her contract and helped us save money elsewhere. She was a huge help in constructing our budget and sticking to it. Overall, I'm so glad we worked with Simply Sunshine for both the planning and design part of our wedding. The wedding went off beautifully and I was so glad I could just relax and be fully present on the wedding day. Even though there was threat of rain all the way up to the actual day, we were able to execute a plan B (extra tents for the ceremony and cocktail hour) that most people had no idea was actually not what we originally intended. I was so thankful to have such an amazing team of vendors backing me up through the preparation and actual day, even when we threw curve balls at them. Simply Sunshine Events has made this whole planning process less stressful than I was initially expecting, and made our wedding day more amazing than I ever could have hoped for.

Every performance had our guests completely engaged, and by the second song the entire wedding was on the dance floor. At one point we had the biggest love train I have ever seen. It felt like every single person joined in, and the energy in the room was electric. We received endless compliments all night and even after the wedding about how amazing the band was. They truly made the night unforgettable. The quality of service was top notch from start to finish. They were organized, easy to work with, and made sure every detail was perfect. Their responsiveness before the wedding made planning simple and stress free, and their professionalism showed in every interaction and performance. In terms of value, they exceeded every expectation, our guests kept saying it felt like being at a live concert. And their flexibility stood out too, they read the crowd perfectly and adjusted seamlessly to keep the party going strong all night. We could not be happier with our decision. Our wedding was a…read morefairytale and it is all due to the extremely hard work, organization and friendly demeanor Michelle had delivered from day 1 when meeting with her. I had no idea how much work and how difficult planning a wedding could be but Michelle sent me checklist after checklist to keep me organized and as stress free as a bride could possibly be (there's still stress no matter what...you're getting married let's be real). We had a 200 person wedding out in Montauk and Michelle introduced herself well in advance to all vendors previously even though she did not technically start working for us until the last 6 weeks. She was on top of every detail to make sure that this wedding would be exactly as I had envisioned and it was beyond that in the end. She and her team were completely behind the scenes but if you ever needed anything they would magically appear and help you with any little need. It was incredible. As the bride, I did not need to stress about lost guests, wedding party members, photographers, the band...nothing!
