I've been in residence here for two years and these are the things I can about it. Dildos on trash can, drunk and disorderly neighbor. Cops are here every weekend. When not smoking marijuana in the breezeway the local teenagers like to take part in theft of vehicle's and enjoy a nice dip in the pool before taking a long shit inside of the blue waters. Ppl walk there dogs without leash leaving them free to attack other dogs and people. Not to mention the dog park and surrounding areas covered in rotten dog poop. Don't let the clown like exterior fool you the place is a dump and not a safe environment for children. Drive by shootings are a normal way of life. Do yourself a favor and don't live here. Management doesn't stay long enough to care and who can blame them? I will not be renewing my lease and will NEVER rent again. I wish I could give them zero stars

Jasmine worked with me and was very accommodating. When it came time to move in she was very organized and had everything ready to go even though she was on vacation. Nicole made the moving day very easy and explain everything well. In addition, when I did my pre-move-in walk-through, the whole office was understanding and willing to fix any concerns and issues I had. The maintenance supervisor urgently worked on my issues in a timely manner. So far so good with this community. I love the location, the environment, the neighbors, the staff, and my new home.

Any issue (the few I've had), the staff has swiftly assisted me with it, answered any questions I had and the amenities are also a plus, the dog park, the pool and the gym are all wonderful! My dog Sadie has loved the staff and the ability to walk around the complex and utilize the dog park. She also has loved all the treats the staff give her every time they see her, she will definitely miss you guys when we move out! Thanks for being a wonderful home for me and her the last year!

Since they are in college, the parents are guarantors on the lease. 1. Within a few months the Formica counter top began to peel and they opened a ticket immediately. Still not fixed as of today. 2. In July, the girls were notified of an outstanding payment and assessed late fees. Several phone calls and one letter later and no one has reached out to tell them what this is for. Only that someone would get back to them as they are having "system issues". 3. At some point over the summer, maintenance crews entered the apartment to install new windows and moved all of the furniture in 5 rooms to the middle of each room. Nothing was put back. Girls came back to a mess. We were told this was a one-off, but every unit in the building had the same issue! 4. Also returned this weekend to the clothes washer not working. Put in ticket and someone was supposed to come today to fix it, but no showed. Tenants were without a working machine for two weeks! 5. They rarely answer the phone and when that does happen, its always "someone will get back to you". Only... they don't. 6. This week a new maintenance charge appeared on the account and again, the appropriate parties do not answer the phone. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

I also had trouble with my garbage disposal and he fixed that for me as well. He was very efficient and brought me information on the garbage disposal. He told me that if there was an emergency situation how to contact maintenance such as flooding that couldn't wait. He is a very friendly man and I appreciate that quality in a person. He has done maintenance for me before and I appreciate his kindness and efficiency. He is a valued employee at Wayfare.

Kinda feels like a prison cell check seen on TV. They have a long wait list but it could be because they let one person rent a 3 bedroom or have too many people living in the one or two bedrooms. The management has their favorites regarding if maintenance is needed. Beware when the maintenance comes and inspection days they don't give a warning but come in without a notice. When you renew the lease expect to give them all income information. It's not a forever home so be careful while living there.

Moved in a house locally after 1 year here but I could not go without to leave a review for others…read more I don't recommend this apartment place. I read most of the old reviews of this place before we moved in and didn't take them seriously. Don't be fooled with the looks out here. It's actually kind of ghetto. From the apartment not being clean when we moved in, to maintenance telling us that we could fix things that were their job to fix, to the leasing office not taking safety issues on the property serious like the car break-ins that happened this year with burlington residents driving through the property all times of the night. Most neighbors were quiet and to themselves, couldn't tell when they came or left each day. But the one who DON'T WORK and sit at home all day trying to cause disturbances, they slammed the doors, stomped around all day, yelled and hollered had to concern for anybody they lived around in the building. Lived in a few apartments before here to know this is not a good property management team. They never followed up on maintenance calls to see if the work was done, never responded to safety issues, did not let residents know folks cars were being broken in to. Also when we found out that we were paying full rent and had neighbors who were under some program to pay low income based rent and they were able body people who CHOSE not to work but were the main disturbance in the building, we moved. Check the building out that you are supposed to move in. Go out there at night time and sit in the parking lot and see the activity in and around the building. That will tell you a lot before you move in.
