I have seen many therapists in my time and none have quite been able to earn and maintain my trust and been able to offer positive reinforcement as well as sometimes the news I don't want to hear but NEED to hear in order to heal. She has quite literally changed my life for the better and literally saved my life and given me tools to work through my darkest days and when the fog was too dark she was always there like a lighthouse to help me get the resources and help I needed. There are simply no words I can put here to express the tremendous amount of care and professionalism she has had with me. I have referred friends and colleagues to her and it's the same, she really just genuinely cares and wants to see people get well and live a successful life as daunting as that may be, she always takes on the challenge and listens to find out the mountain we got to climb and gives you the gear to climb it and should you slip up or miss a step climbing that mountain she goes above and beyond to get you back on that path. She's really understands therapy isn't just about sitting there and talking for an hour about feelings and current events but also for us to learn and develop the tools and understanding to handle what we need to be successful on our own. Thank you for everything and to everyone else at the clinics I have met or interacted with, you're absolutely wonderful as well. It takes a team working together to accomplish what you do and I appreciate everything your team has done as well, plus those little dogs brighten my day everytime I see them.

When I called Dynamic Directions after looking for at the website, I was quiet surprised to find…read moreout that three of the five counselors on the website were not even working there anymore. The clinician on the phone was very nice, but when I went to see her for the first time she had no business cards to hand out, and for all I know she could have been a stranger on the street counseling me. It appears that the owner has not updated the website for a while, and does not seem to even be promoting the therapists that she does have. The therapist herself was very professional, nice, and seemed to know her stuff, but I just couldn't get over the fact that she had been working at Dynamic Directions for almost a year and their was nothing so much as a business card with her name on it. It seems mostly like poor and cheap ownership, which made me feel so bad for her counselors, but also made me feel like this was not the place for me to go. Also, if you can't even afford a billing person, then it makes me think that the practice in general is failing.

First of all, she's on the younger side and she actually has a conversation with me while she's in the room. In my mind she's somewhat human, and I like that.

My interaction with all of the staff, be it the front desk to the nurses to the PA's and doctors has been very positive. Clearly they care and it shows in their bedside manner, patience to clarify the silliest of doubts and sheer courteousness. The treatment approach is also very methodical & logical which I personally find to be a good practice. On the rare occasion that I had to make an urgent appointment, they did accommodate very well. Recently they shifted to a different location on Hollister Dr (from the previous one on Milwaukee Av). The office has a good, clean & comforting environment - nothing fancy but that's not what am looking for anyways. Dr March is intelligent and caring. She helped our child during crucial times. But unfortunately we…read morehad to part ways because she became accusatory and caustic towards me, when I was specifically seeking help in parenting with a difficult ex. It really came as a shock. After that, I was afraid of seeking her guidance. So while 90% of times she was helpful, the unpredictable snaps made it very hard for me to continue on relaying information to help my daughter. She also doesn't take feedback well unless it's exactly what she expects to hear. For example my daughter told me she didn't enjoy therapy and when I told her that she automatically pointed the finger at me and said that I had caused it to happen. In fact I never even blamed her for that. I very much just wanted her to know that and it could be simply because therapy brought up issues my daughter wasn't ready to confront within herself yet. I just hope Dr March can understand that the way in which you communicate to parents matters. We are people too. We seek you out because we want what's best for our kids. We are not perfect but neither is anyone. Aside from this, she's smart and caring and I wish all the best for her and all the children she helps support.

I was told by the other practice that I basically have to live with it. My sister-in-law recommended this practice & I picked Dr Tart from the website. I could not be happier ! She is always on time & listens to everything I say. I have recommended her to many of my same age friends to help them with menopause. I never have a problem talking to anyone there. She has her own nurse you takes the messages & she gets things done ! For example my husband lost his job & we were going to have to change to an insurance plan that this office didn't take. I panicked b/c I love them & I have all my HRT through them. The nurse got me in to see Dr Tart even though I know there was no openings & they refilled my prescriptions for the year. The minute my husband got a new job we had better insurance so right back to this office. Highly recommend Dr Tart !!

Dr. Oh took the time to review my images and then sat down with me to go over her thoughts, answer my questions, and talk about how she recommended we move forward. I was so impressed and put at ease by this interaction. I finally felt like someone was giving it to me straight and like I had a voice into my care. Following this appointment, I transitioned to this being my primary OBGYNE provider. When we started trying to conceive at the end of 2018 and had difficulty, Dr. Oh again was so gracious, patient, and sympathetic. She helped us navigate some preliminary testing to check if anything was amiss as we continued to try. When we finally, thankfully were able to conceive on our own, Dr. Oh came in to the room for our first appointment and celebrated with us. We could sense her genuine excitement for us after trying for almost a year. I have experienced these doctors in some challenging medical situations. Not only my ovarian cyst, and trying to conceive, but also a subchorionic hematoma, difficult delivery, and now progesterone shots for my second pregnancy. Dr. Heiberger commanded the room with a firm but calm demeanor when I was delivering my first son and had complications. The nurses have gone to battle for me in this pregnancy with the specialty pharmacy to make sure I get my weekly progesterone shots delivered on time. I can't say enough good things about this place. This practice has been an excellent place for me and my growing family.
