But the school staff made it super easy for us to adjust to new change. For me (I'm super picky)the most important thing about this school is I feel safe whenever my babies are there and for every little concern that you might have, they listen to you and take action for it. I really apprecite all the management and teachers for their hard work and effort and I highly recommand this schoo!

If you are looking for clear communication, daily updates about your child, pictures of your child,…read moreability to get in contact with the director or owner, this is not your place. After 2.5 weeks of my 19 month old son being at BellaVision, we pulled him out and moved him to another daycare. Within those 2.5 weeks, we experienced a lack of communication with only receiving 5 pictures (of only him eating) and 1 daily report. The daily report was very generic as it said "He smiled today", "He played well with others", but nothing actually personal or important information. I spoke with the new daycare that we moved him to and they mentioned that it is a law that the diaper information, meals, and other items are mandatory to provide. Unfortunately, I received nothing. I have also reached out via chat in the app asking for a schedule of the day so that I can know what is going on and I never received a response. Something else that concerned me was that there was not anyone at the front desk when I would drop my son off in the morning around 7am. To me, that is very discouraging because it shows a lack of security and availability for me to contact anyone when I have questions and just the security of someone watching who is coming and out of the building. I understand that there is a code to get into the school rooms, but it still concerns me. Another instance that is concerning, when my son first started, I provided a full box of size 5 pampers diapers along with the other necessary items. I had him come home two days in a row with a smaller size diaper on and in a different brand. I talked with Mona, the director, and we discovered that they were not using the diapers I provided and found the full box of diapers that I provided in the bottom of the closet. I understand that there is not a teacher in that room because they were abruptly either fired or the person left the company, but I am trusting that my son is being taken care of while he is there and unfortunately I don't believe he received the best care. Another instance, one afternoon I tried calling BellaVision and received a voicemail to describe what I was calling about. It then forwarded my call to Mona's, the director, personal cell phone and her response was understanding to my concern but told me that I should try calling the school. When I told her that this is the school number I called, she was confused as to how I got her personal number. All that to say, I don't like that I am unable to get in contact with someone physically at the daycare when I have a concern. When I went to the director to tell her my concerns and wanted to know if I could speak to her manager or someone above her, she told me that the owner is out of the country and you can try and email them at the same school provided email that all communication goes out of. I emailed the director all of my concerns and have yet to hear back. That was over a week ago. It is concerning that there is no one else that I can talk with other than the school director. If they keep this behavior up, I don't see how they will stay in business. At the end of the day, I have a 19 month old son who cannot communicate what is going on in the classroom and I have to do what is best with what I am seeing. When I let Mona know that this will be my son's last week at BellaVision, she was understanding to listen to my concerns and asked me to hang in there as she will move my son to a new classroom. I wish that this would have been brought to my attention sooner and more proactive behavior, but it is too late and we are not pleased with the care and lack of communication we are receiving. I would love to talk to the owner if they would ever return any of my 3 emails. Update, I took my son to a new daycare and within the first day received multiple pictures of him being active, smiling, having fun, and daily reports as to diaper changes, activities, eating snacks, breaks, lunch, etc. The communication at the new daycare has been amazing!!!

As any parent seeking the best education for my child, I can confidently say that this Montessori school surpassed all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the building, it was evident that this institution had crafted an exceptional environment tailored to foster children's growth and development. We came to Sugarcreek after a bad experience with another school. Our daughter bloomed under the teaching & admin staff's care! There are so many wonderful things about this Montessori but a few highlights below. Key highlights: 1. Teaching staff: Ms. Arzu and Ms. Tatiana from T2 are truly exceptional educators. They treat every child as if they were their own, and their dedication is unparalleled. Ms. Arzu, with her years of experience, has a remarkable ability to bring out the best in kids. She is attentive, caring, and firm, all at the same time. Under her guidance, my daughter is now potty trained and even started eating well, resulting in significant weight gain. As for Ms. Tatiana, she is a beacon of positivity. She is so very kind, and positive. Despite no longer attending this school, my daughter continues to adore her, and she talks about Ms. Tatiana every single day. 2. Admin: Rebecca, Sofia, and Lydia are truly exceptional individuals. From the very beginning, they embraced us like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we felt comfortable approaching them with anything at any time. Rebecca's influence on this school is nothing short of remarkable. We now recognize the vital role a strong director plays in shaping the success of an educational institution, and Rebecca embodies this role flawlessly. She is a true rockstar in every sense. Sofia's proficiency in school policies, protocols, and any important dates/events you name it is impressive. Her wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in childcare were readily apparent, and she was always delighted to share valuable tips and tricks with us. Sofiya is an indispensable asset to the team. Lydia completes this rockstar trio with her unwavering dedication and support. She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of the school runs smoothly. Together, Rebecca, Sofia, and Lydia form an outstanding team that elevates the school to new heights. 3. Learning and Development: Each classroom is thoughtfully designed to cater to different age groups, promoting independent exploration and hands-on learning. The use of natural materials, child-sized furniture, practical skills taught and so much more further fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility, empowering the children to take charge of their learning journey. It's incredible to see my daughter carrying out daily tasks and chores with full independence at the age of three. I also appreciated the commitment to a well-rounded education. Besides the academic, the school offers an array of enriching activities like art, music, dance, and yoga allowing children to explore their interests and talents freely. My daughter now teaches me yoga! 4. Friends and Student Body: We firmly believe that having the right friends and a diverse student body has had a tremendous impact on our daughter. The school is home to some of the most kind-hearted, innocent, and genuinely sweet children, all hailing from loving households. Moreover, the student body represents a rich tapestry of diversity. A few weeks after attending the school, our daughter surprised us by expressing her desire to visit India and her knowledge about the country astonished us, considering her young age. This incident highlighted the positive influence of her interactions with peers from various backgrounds and how it sparked her curiosity and interest in the wider world. I've exceeded my word limit in writing this review and I still have many more incredible things to share. Send your child to this school, you will not regret it.

From the ladies at the front desk (even through change/new hires), to ALL the teachers, this place has relieved any and all stress about our daughter's development and learning. She loves going to class, all the teachers welcome EVERY KID everyday. You're able to "checkin" via a live stream video which is awesome when you're missing your nugget. Our daughter has learned SO MUCH and comes home with new knowledge everyday. They communicate extremely well and always provide necessary info. Calendars to help keep you up-to-date, reach out and alert you of any changes made (even daily meals which may be overkill but, I'm for it!). We are planning on another kid in the coming year and they will 100% be going to Kiddie Academy - Katy West. Thank you to this staff!

My son only went here for a week and a half, so please take my review with a grain of salt…read more We enrolled him for the summer camp back in July for three days a week. The teachers and the director were super nice and great during enrollment and the entire time my son was there. They made our start and abrupt stop very easing and we're very understanding and accommodating to our needs. It was the first time my son (4) had been in anything cause, you know, Covid. He was terrified of everything and having the camera to let me check in eased my mind a lot. His teachers helped calm him each morning and let him sit and do puzzles as his classmates trickled in. I do agree with a previous commenter that there aren't a lot of obvious Covid protocols in place. The kids did not wear masks, though my son does everywhere else, and they only washed hands and tables right before eating. They sit and sleep right next to each other and share just about everything. My biggest regret was that there was little to no free time or open center time for the kids. Everything was very structured from the product-art that his teacher obviously did or corrected to three/4 circle times and lots of table activities. He went outside once during his time there. Even if it's hot, kids need at least 15 mins outside a day to just move. Our plan was to send him there for socialization but he barely had time to do that. They provided food and snack but did not let me know if he ate anything or not. When I questioned him, he couldn't give me an answer either. They have a letter they send home but it's a generic one that has nothing to do with a specific lesson or activity or your child for that day. It was the same one for the whole week and pointless. Works for older kids, perhaps, but I sent more detailed ones when I worked in Early Education and even as a fourth grade teacher. Overall, it wasn't what I was expecting but it wasn't bad. We pulled my son out cause he got sick a week and a half in. It was a regular cold from new, preschool germs, but with Covid on the rise again, we just pulled him for at home care.

We couldn't have made a better choice. As a family, we witnessed firsthand the immense benefits of Montessori education, and especially attending the MHFC. The teachers are highly qualified, and the entire staff is caring and welcoming. The Montessori experience instilled in our daughter a profound appreciation for the value of education. The learning habits she formed at MHFC made her successful and middle school and now in high school. Beyond academics, she gained exposure to different cultures, learned to respect and accept diverse opinions, and build friendships that will last a lifetime. Even after leaving MHFC, our daughter continued to stay connected. During school vacations, she returned to visit and help which classroom chores. Now in high school, she volunteers at MHFC, an opportunity the school gladly offered. This encouragement for alumni involvement reflects on the school's deep care for its students, long after they graduate. MHFC has had a tremendous impact on our lives, and we will be forever grateful to all the teachers and staff who make the school such a special place.

When I reached out to inquire about tuition--just to see if it was even within our budget--I was told that information was only available in person. As someone with a disability, that's a significant barrier. Attending a meeting in person takes a lot of energy and planning, and I didn't feel it was worth going through all of that just to find out if the school was even financially accessible. Accessibility matters deeply to our family, and I expected more flexibility and understanding. After several emails and phone calls with their administrative staff, I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience. The tone was dismissive and a bit snooty, which was disappointing. These aren't the values I'm looking for in a school community. I'm sharing this in case others--especially those with accessibility concerns--find this kind of approach to be a dealbreaker too.
