Tara, the director, gave us the tour and she was very friendly, open, and honest. I normally see Ana and Alondra in the front, and they are very sweet, vibrant, and happy. My daughter's teachers are ANGELS- Alyssa should open her own daycare like the role of being a daycare teacher fits her so well as she's so warm and gentle. Brenda, Araceli, Maria are all just as amazing and attentive. When I have a break from work, I pop into the cameras, and I see some of the most sincere gestures like Alyssa rocking a crib for a baby that I'm guessing needs a little motion to sleep, I've seen Alyssa give the most tight and warm hugs throughout the day, and each baby gets the care they need. All of her teachers are trained well and great at reading cues. My favorite thing about my daughter's class is the structure and organization. I never have to question anything. Overall, we are happy with our choice and comfortable with our daughter being in their care.

Let's start with my son his behavior began to be so bad he was loving after some times he began hitting and crying every time I dropped him off and when I pick him up his eyes would just shine to leave . I've witnessed the teachers be very Ruff with other parents kids when I go to pick him up and I look through the window they are grabbing up on the kids like pulling them and poking they really hard with there fingers while yelling ...., I should have said something sooner because that would have avoided it being my kid . but what would they have done ... but He came home one day and there is bruises alllll over him his thigh,butt, stomach,shoulder I didn't think anything of it because I thought maybe he's just tuff housing with other kids . until I removed him from the daycare and put him in a daycare with cameras and it's been a complete 360!! He is so happy. it breaks my heart to imagine what my baby dealt with in that daycare with no cameras and not to mention he would be so thirsty !!! And starving when I picked him up , and i would also walk up and witness him just standing there crying because he just woke up and what baby can function when they just wake up ...they just stand him up from DEEP SLEEP and walk away and don't comfort at all , if you don't like kids don't be in child care simple . the director Mrs nevina she is amazing !! But then she went on maternity leave and it was hell from there no professionalism without her being there . Now for my daughter we know it's hard looking after new borns . they just leave your baby to cry on the ground . When they don't calm down especially from gas .i loved her teachers! they were great, but there is 0 to 12 month babies in one class so that means a 1 year old can be walking on your new born and they wouldn't even notice because they have a lot to do !! And can't see everything happen . But that's WASN'T THE ISSUE my daughter got covid from one of the teachers in there that had covid ! And has given her permanent respiratory problems to this day she was 4 months when she left that daycare and now she's 10 months . And I tell the office she just brushed it off like "oh it's just like the flu" and failed to let any of the teachers or parents for the baby's in that class to know my daughter have covid to warn another parents baby because it is contagious!! But no nothing was informed just brushed of.she would be sick EVER WEEEK like I don't get how she would never get better as soon as I changed her school she hasn't gotten sick one time !! This daycare really needs cameras or to get better management and more professional teachers they made it seem like my child was the issue with his behavior but it's the teachers and what they do to him/them behind closed doors I fear for any child in those class rooms for what really happens when we parents are not there

I told Mrs.Perri I would report them to cps and she begged that I don't because she would get to the bottom of it. Till this day I have yet to know, weather it was negligence or someone hit my son. I highly recommend that you please go find a better daycare. They are always accepting children but it is because all they care about is money. The children to teacher ration is by law and they don't follow it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. None of the teachers here understand English nor speak it well, save your time and money and suffering and take your Buisness else where. I write this with tears in my eyes as our Primrose journey is coming to an end with our youngest attending elementary in the fall. When my older daughter was two I knew she needed to transition from a private nanny to a school environment. I did my research; I checked out every "outstanding" preschool in the Katy area! I wanted a school that REALLY CARED about my daughter, met my ridiculously high cleanliest/hygienic standards, provided healthy foods (I have a degree in Dietetics), and provided outstanding academic curriculum. Most importantly, I wanted a school that would be an extension of "home" for her. Primrose was the soft place we landed and it was the best decision for our family. My oldest daughter started in Preschool A and attended through the Explorers program (3rd grade). My youngest started at 8 weeks old in the infant room and just completed her Kindergarten year at the Kelliwood location. I am in awe of how much my daughters grew in their time there. Primrose is certainly a leader in early education with their curriculum extending far beyond ABC's and numbers. The children learn essential life skills, critical thinking, social skills, good manners, how to be good citizens of the world, ways to be healthy, and get to experience frequent hands-on-learning field trips (Pre-K and older), etc. Both of my girls are/were more than prepared for elementary school. My oldest transitioned into the GT program in elementary and my youngest is leaving Primrose Kindergarten on a 1st grade level for math and reading. And while academics are important, it's really the staff that has made our time there such a sweet experience. The teachers and administration truly care about each student. They are vibrant and fun, they love on the kids, they come up with creative and fun learning activities and are always throwing a party for something! It is truly a family atmosphere. When COVID-19 began and students started online learning, Ms. Klein (Kinder teacher) and the staff created a seamless transition. I was impressed by their creativity in finding different and fun ways to engage with the kids as if they were in the classroom! My daughter calls it her school and most days would choose to stay at school when I pick her up if I let her because she's having so much fun. The teachers are very interactive with the kids. It is very obvious when you walk in that the environment is built for the kids. They offer an abundance of additional activities for the kids. An added bonus is it has the small town feel with the support of the franchise for curriculum and foundation. Prior to enrolling my child here I wasn't sure about franchise daycare but just meeting the sisters that own this facility was enough to change my mind. They are mothers too and know the struggles of leaving your child in someone else's care. They've been there sun up to sun down to ensure our children have the best experiences. I look forward to what my child will continue to learn over the coming years at this fabulous establishment. It's truly a blessing to have such wonderful staff care for my child day in and day out.
