Had dinner here on Tuesday evening. The venue is beautiful and well decorated. If you like sitting at a table, there are few to choose from. Most of the seating is alfresco (wear layers), and on outdoor lounges. It's a great place to grab a drink and snack before the movies.
There was no dinner menu, which seemed a bit bizarre. There was a breakfast and lunch menu, but there were only shared plates on offer from 3pm onward.
We got a broad selection of food and the portions were more generous than we anticipated, so keep in mind it is great for groups. We shared the warm olives (good), the truffle arancini balls (decent), the grilled halloumi (yum), sweet potato fries (yum), and the trio sliders (not recommended). The sliders were super disappointing, all super dry. If we hadn't ordered those we would have needed another shared plate to compensate. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked good, I wish we had tried the prawns instead.
There were a lot of comments on GOOGLE about poor service, but we thought it was good service with a friendly staff and the food was sent out super quick.
I'd like to think we would go back, but not for dinner. Most likely drinks on the patio and maybe some small bites. read more
