These people are a bunch of crooks. Every time I dropped off shirts to be laundered, I would tell them not to perform any cleaning if it is more than the standard price for a laundered shirt. For some reason they always find a shirt to over charge me. Today I picked up my shirts and they dry cleaned a short sleeve shirt for $6.80. It is not a linen shirt and there is no tag saying to dry clean. Crooks and I will never use them again. read more

I have always taken my delicate clothes to a cleaning service as I expect they do a better job than me with delicate fabrics. I am surprised that at this place they iron with press, no matter the fabric or if the piece requires ironing manually. I is the second time that this happens I left a pant from Max Mara and I cannot wear it as they ironed it, it is full of marks of the front side of the pant. They don't have any idea how to iron. Went here to get my dry cleaning done. Put 5 items and was promised to be done the next day because I am leaving out of country. They said they can do it. Came to pick up, only 2 clothes was done. Other two not completely done. And they can't locate my pants. She said the lady who done the pressing left. Then why don't I get a call or something? She said you didn't get the notification it's done, right? Well dohh, but you promised today knowing I am going out of the country dumb dumb. On top of it, I was forced to pay the non completed clothes. I asked for the owner's number and she said she has no idea who the owner is. Really? How did you get hired? You don't know your boss? Customer service and dry cleaning service is fine. My complaint is that they're overpriced. I took in 10 men items (7 golf shirts and 3 button up shirts). They charge 5 dollars per item where on average cost should be no more than 3 dollars per item. In addition they charged me a 10% environmental fee. I asked about this charge and they said they charge the customers 50% of what they pay. So let's say they're doing 500 orders per month at an average fee $3 dollars per order. You're telling me their cost for this environmental fee is $3 thousand per month? Now I've gone to the dry cleaners on Williams Trace and Lexington and they don't charge this fee. read more

I find this business to be very good. Friendly service, good price and they will pick up and deliver. The shirts have just the right amount of starch and the cost isn't $5 but less than half of that. One bad experience can cause a one star rating but I've had several 5 stars experiences so far. Customers beware: poor quality and service. This store was my go-to dry cleaning service at Sugar Land, and it is time to search elsewhere. I brought my pants in for stain treatment and dry clean, only to find that my pants were ruined with two holes around the leg area during pickup. Complained to the manager, and was told that it wasn't their fault, it was my fault or my wife who ironed it; the holes weren't there when I brought it in for service. The manager immediately said "I'm making a note not to take clothe from you again!" when I refused to pay for their service for a damage good. This past Friday I took my coat to this cleaners requesting it be dry cleaned. That was my first time in the business. The lady behind the counter stated it would be $20 and they would try their best! I told her nevermind. I could buy a new coat for $20. I went 3 miles up highway 6 into Missouri City to a full service cleaners and they charged me $9.90. It pays to have options!!!! read more

I have been going to Brite Touch Cleaners for years now and very regularly...at least once a week. It is a very convenient location for me. I drop off or pick-up my clothes then run in next door for some bagels. It's on my way to work so it works out great. I have always experienced excellent customer service. The work staff are very friendly. They take great care of my clothes and I always get them back looking better than when I dropped them off. One time I left some receipts in my pocket and they returned them to me when I picked up my clothes. I was very impressed. I would recommend this place to anybody. read more

This cleaner is awful. I started going to them because they use environmentally safe processes. All was fine until I took in a king-sized, soft and comfortably-woven wool blanket for cleaning. The blanket was returned to me looking like someone put it through a suction machine. The weave was tight and stiff and it was barely big enough to cover a queen bed, let alone a king. When I returned it, I was told to leave the blanket so the manager could see it. The clerk told me that the manager would call me. The manager never called. I called at least three times over the next two weeks and the manager was never in, but I was promised she would call me. I finally decided to show up in person. No manager. However, I was told that the manager said that there was no way that they did anything wrong and that the blanket must have been that size when I brought it in. I told her that was RIDICULOUS. I told the clerk to call the manager right then and there. The manager did not want to talk to me but I insisted. The manager was completely and stubbornly unrelenting in not taking ANY responsibility for ruining my blanket. I can't believe that anyone could stay in business by ruining customers property and then treating customers with such disregard. I am disgusted. I went to the Richmond TX location and dropped off a king size comforter. The manager/clerk said they had done this job many times but a release needed to be signed. I obliged and was told that it would take about 3 days for pick up. On the third day I phoned and they said not ready yet. On the fourth day I arrived and was told wait till 5pm. On the fifth day I was frustrated and stated why is it taking so long. To my surprise on the 6th day no one phoned me that the item was ready and I arrived with my comforter in complete damage. I understand when you sign a release damage can be done, but when your comforter is with holes everywhere and was almost in half that is negligence, incompetence and you should not be in business. Though i was a first time customer and told the owner that was a pity that on our first business it ends with ruins. the manager offered no compensation and only replied that all gourmets in the dry cleaning business are a risk. I said if a risk of $30 dollars will cost you a customer then why take the risk. "simply don't do comforters if you know you are not able to do them with minimal risk" Please go at your discretion, especially when the service is not done in house, it is taken to some planet who knows where!!!!!!!!!!! read more
