It has all been pressed neatly and left at my door the same week. She communicates and works with you if have a particular need (I have a couple items I'm finicky about). And her prices are very reasonable. I love that she picks up and delivers.

So drove 15 plus min to get there to no machines working. Further more no bathroom 24/hr what?! Ya can't come in for family of 5 and do laundry not anything working to wash clothes So the place sits wide open 24/7 doing nothing.
