    The service call came because my LG refrigerator was shutting off and showing an error code. I…read morehad to unplug and replug the refrigerator to reset to keep some semblance of cold inside. The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

    Referred by a friend. I called an left a voicemail to make an appointment to have my refrigerator…read morerepaired. A return call was received immediately and a repair visit was scheduled. When the technician arrived he was on time and dug right in. Within 10 minutes we had the unit apart and he was showing me the defective part. Service was reasonably priced. Would recommend.

    Continuation : This is the third and final visit to my home. I advise him that some GE dishwashers…read morehave personal PIN numbers that needed to be set when a new control UI in replaced. he stated it would have been in the box. Not necessarily but ok. So he reused to listen to that, he also refused to listen to the fact that sometimes after replacing the control UI, it may need to be reset from the control board at the bottom of the dishwasher. I had the circuit breaker turned off this time as well, because first time, he repaired it while it was still powered. I turn the circuit breaker back on after he tells me he swapped it. Turn on the circuit breaker, and nothing. I then ask him if we could do a reset on the circuit board at the bottom, since guess what? If you guessed my dishwasher still wasn't fixed, you would be correct. He then stated to me that he didn't have time for that, and he had other customers. Um, RUDE. It took you 15 minutes to remove the door and swap the control UI, you had 15 minutes to see if you could try to, I don't know, maybe repair the part like you were paid to do? At this point, I have about had it. Both with this guy and his rude customer service, and the dishwasher. I then advise that I am just going to do the refund, because I was not putting more money into it. That would be stupid. So he then tells me that he could do the circuit board for now 247.00 instead of the 350.00 that he had quoted me the last time. I then stated again, I don't want to put more money into this thing. He said for me to think about it, and on May 7th Ithought about it and sent him a text stating that I would take the refund. He then stated he would get back to me on the refund, and that he was out of town until Tuesday, and he would reach out to me by midday. In the text message back, I verified the amount being refunded which was 290.54. There is NO mention of him coming to repossess the part in order to get said refund. Not verbally with a witness present, and not in text message. I have receipts for all of the text messaging communication as well to back this dumpster fire of a repairman. So once again, I leave him be as we already have a scheduled follow up, but just like the time before, I did not hear from him by midday as he said he would. When I didn't hear anything from him by just about end of business day, I sent a follow up text asking if he needed my information so he could mail me the check for the part that didn't work. I then get the most rude text from him stating " Let me see, no I don't need your information since I was there 5 times. Cut me some slack. Ill send it out this week" Also, no mention of me needing to give him back a broken part in order to get my refund. So yesterday, April 16th I sent a text asking if he mailed out the check. He then texts back stating he would stop by this week to take the new part out so he can return it, like he said 2 weeks ago so I get my money back. Um, sorry my guy, you NEVER once said that. Not verbally, nor in text. Um, the part doesn't work. You destroyed the original part. Yes I know, I broke it, we all got that. However, it was agreed that was okay, because I paid for a repair job that you were supposed to complete. I mean it is a fair assumption that if a repair man comes out, the part is getting fixed. You fed me a lie that it could be another part, when in fact you didn't even know if that WAS the case, which put more money in your pocket. You also said the very first time you came out, you weren't sure about it, and then had to watch a YouTube video. I could have dome that. When I asked you what you going to putting back in the place of the part, I was once again reminded I broke it, and the original part was destroyed. Got that part. However, at no point in any conversations was it mentioned, that you would be taking back the part. That is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. Love how everything got deflected back to me, when you are in fact, the scumbag that can't repair a dishwasher. So in the end, this guy is untrustworthy. He has taught me to never pay for a service with a check upfront ever again. Just remember my guy, karma is a bi**h.
