We were told it was under warranty, all we had to pay was labor charges. Over $600 was paid that day but I was advised the problem was still not completely fixed and there would be more issues in the future (with some sort of leak). Months later, my husband and I were told the parts were not covered under warranty and we were to pay over $400 immediately. The customer service was terrible, and communication was a disaster throughout the whole process. It was not taken into consideration that we were charged for every single visit they made to our home (even though nothing was fixed until the final time) and it was also not taken into consideration that we had to pay for oil to heat our house in the winter! I will NEVER be using them again!

I am allergic to the lil beggars so it scared me silly. I called Maximum and spoke to Brad. He was excellent! He explained that it was a lil early for large nesting activity and it was likely that the bush produced Sap that attracted large numbers of them to feed. Sure enough I checked in the morning after a rain and there was no sign of activity. Only after the bush began to dry out I saw the wasps come to it from outside. Do I sprayed a few away and trimmed the bush down as planned. Brad could've just just come on out and charged a fortune, but was honest and only wanted to come if I insisted upon it for peace of mind after he informed me of the facts. (A major limb had come down after a recent storm, and it rendered the tree unsalvageable.) The guys were courteous, professional, and did an amazing job dissecting the tree and working with the crane operator to lift the tree by sections over the power lines. They then laid them down in our driveway, where they carved them up and carted them away. They left the site spotless.
