He started from the basement, up through the attic and the roof vent. Richard was very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave me a fair estimate, did an incredible job in two days, as promised, just in time for my roofers to come in and install a new metal roof. The work was well done, clean and professional. At the start of this summer, Richard serviced my house central air conditioner, inspected the compressor, cleaned the outside heat exchanger, changed the filters, and gave me a clear explanation on what he found. He promptly responded to my service request, fit me in quickly, and was able to diagnose the problem with my 70+ year-old Sears freezer (and before you knock the age, this thing was more reliable at 70 than most people are). He said it was too far to travel (I live about 25 miles north of Williamsport), which I would have been able to understand, but for the fact that he has done repairs on several occasions for my uncle and for my cousins, all of whom live less than a mile from me, and who were the ones that recommended that I call him in the first place. Perhaps he has recently decided to limit his service area, which is certainly his right, but if it hadn't been for the nasty tone of his message, I wouldn't be writing this negative review. He should really work on his communications/marketing skills.
