We scheduled an appointment and I met him at the location and he took care of all of the issues expeditiously and professionally. Swank started our well for our new home but had to stop. When able to return, they never did. After…read more4 months, 4+ no shows, many phone calls to confirm status (initiated by us), we were strung along until we were forced to find another driller. While he initially answered calls and my family was understanding of the reasons given for the multiple delays, ultimately the duration of the delay, lack of professionalism and reliability, and misleading communication was disappointing and unacceptable. If he couldn't do the job, he should have been honest. We lost months of time and lots of money waiting. We waited so long because Swank communicated it would be done only to repeatedly not show up. I do not normally write reviews, but I feel it's important other are aware. I would recommend finding a more dependable service for something as important as water for your home.

All of a sudden, the day prior to the event, we suddenly had no water from any of our faucets. We were in a real bind and were hoping we could get help right away so as not to have to cancel our plans. We thought that maybe the well water pump had died. So after a search I called Hull's Well Drilling, LLC, in Bellefonte, PA at 8:30 in the morning and was connected with a truly terrific fellow named Keith Strasko who assured me they could deal with our situation that very day. Within a few hours he and his son Mason arrived at our home from the next town and went right to work diagnosing the problem. They found a faulty pressure switch which they replaced along with a new gauge. Fortunately didn't have to replace the well pump. Within a short time they had found the problem, fixed it then and there, and they tested everything meticulously before leaving. It was a blessing to have guys like this willing to work us into their busy schedule and save the day! On top of all this, it was a real pleasure meeting them and talking with them. We are now MAJOR fans of Keith & Mason of Hull's Well Drilling and are truly grateful that there are guys like this to bail us out of our predicament. Suddenly no water at my mother in laws on a Saturday evening. Called a few places around no one…read morereturned call. Left a message with Hulls and they returned the call right away. Well pump no longer worked (47 years old) and not a bad idea to replace the switch as well since it was so old. Within a couple of hours, the pump and switch were installed. The new pump increased the water pressure. The crew were very nice to my 87 year old mother-in-law. We highly recommend they are great to work with and reasonably priced.

Friendly, courteous, and cares about your situation. I called and Brett had my well pump replaced the next day. Through his careful inspection it was determined that my breaker box needed replaced due to a fire hazard. I had been having issues with the box. Brett contacted my power company, got permits etc and I had my new breaker box 2 weeks later. My home sold in 3 days and all of Brett Lowry's work passed the home inspection with flying colors!
