I recall back in the 80s and early 90s waiting to see a doctor 2 to 3 hours but no I'm not gonna do that. There are too many oral surgeons out here that can see you within a 20 to 30 minute window. I had a cleaning about a week and a half ago. This was by far the worst cleaning I've ever…read moreexperienced. Upon walking in it was outdated and smelled like mold. Service was basic but not bad. The dentist first said she was going to do xrays to look and see what was happening. I advised I was 9 month pregnant and was concerned that would be a problem. She said it wouldn't be a problem but never came did x-rays. That was totally fine with me because all I needed was a cleaning. The dentist did the worst cleaning I've ever had. Not even cleaning between each tooth. She told me she will need my help and handed me the tool to help suction the saliva. I have never been to a dentist that has done this. They always have two people in the room. After about 2 mins or less she gets the assistant to polish my teeth and he also didn't touch all my teeth. Nor did they floss me after the cleaning. The dentist and assistant was kind but service was just horrible. Recently my insurance changed Which was the reason I went to this location. It's not located in the best area but I still couldn't have prepared myself for the service I received. I feel they are just taking people insurance or cash payments and not giving them decent service. I personally feel they shouldn't even be opened. I can't imagine getting anything major done here.

Today I had work done by Dr. Zoya and her assistant, and it was a great experience. Dr. Zoya was very pleasant and gentle throughout the visit. As an adult, I've had other dentists who weren't nearly as careful or comforting, so her approach really stood out. She clearly knows what she's doing and made the appointment feel easy and comfortable. Her assistant was also great and very helpful. Even though this is known as a kids' dentist, I've continued coming here into adulthood because of experiences like this.

It was a 2k difference. We worked it out with them and the insurance by three-way calls and documentation. I got charged properly and let it be. I didn't leave a bad review. We left, and guess what? Fast forward to today, almost four years later, I received a bill from years ago that I had already paid. If you go here because it's pretty and they are nice, just make sure you speak with your insurance and keep track of what you pay, or don't if you don't mind paying extra. I really hope this place stops harassing patients with the back-and-forth nonsense and gets organized. It's really a waste of time and energy.
