Super friendly staff! The receptionist Sarah was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be making them my primary dentist.

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE…read more I got braces from this dentist about two years ago and received my retainers two weeks later. Fast forward to three weeks ago, when I lost my top retainer. I called the office to schedule an appointment, but they said they were closed, even though their website indicated that they were open. I proceeded to call three days in a row. Each time, the woman on the phone told me that she needed to get back to someone and would call me the next day. When she finally called me back, five days after I initially reached out, she told me that the earliest available appointment was two weeks away. When I finally made it to my appointment, my teeth had shifted a little. Dr. Jianjun Hao told me that my only options were to get braces again or keep my teeth the way they were. From what I understand, there are other options that can sometimes be considered when teeth have shifted after losing a retainer, so I found it strange that I was only given the option of paying $2,000 for braces again, and only for my top teeth. I started asking questions about why I would need braces again and whether there were any other options. They knew I obviously wouldn't want to leave my teeth the way they were, so it felt like I was essentially being given only one choice: pay another $2,000 for braces. It felt like a money grab. However, the main reason I am writing this negative review is because of how I was treated. I was simply a curious patient asking questions, and I was not causing any problems. I was raised to ask questions politely, but instead of answering my questions, I was met with hostility and felt like I was being pushed out the door, even though I was still within my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Jianjun Hao was extremely unprofessional. Rather than taking the time to address my concerns and explain my options, he seemed more focused on getting me out of the office. I have been coming to this dentist my entire life, about 20 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had here. After being a patient for so long, I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Service was basic but not bad. The dentist first said she was going to do xrays to look and see what was happening. I advised I was 9 month pregnant and was concerned that would be a problem. She said it wouldn't be a problem but never came did x-rays. That was totally fine with me because all I needed was a cleaning. The dentist did the worst cleaning I've ever had. Not even cleaning between each tooth. She told me she will need my help and handed me the tool to help suction the saliva. I have never been to a dentist that has done this. They always have two people in the room. After about 2 mins or less she gets the assistant to polish my teeth and he also didn't touch all my teeth. Nor did they floss me after the cleaning. The dentist and assistant was kind but service was just horrible. Recently my insurance changed Which was the reason I went to this location. It's not located in the best area but I still couldn't have prepared myself for the service I received. I feel they are just taking people insurance or cash payments and not giving them decent service. I personally feel they shouldn't even be opened. I can't imagine getting anything major done here.

I appreciate their care in explaining procedures and ensuring that I am well-informed as well as their gentle touch (trust me - I've had rough experiences else where). Today went much better, but the dentist was coming in to see me again, which I clearly stated I wasn't about to pay for since she saw me last visit, six months ago, so she was trying to play it off like she was only there to look over my x-rays, the same x-rays she saw six months ago, so what was going to change? LOL. I do feel bad for people without insurance who actually fall prey to this shit though. She sent me to a specialist prior to that who pulled my tooth and then informed me I need an implant, the dentist, mind you, months afterwards, not the specialist -- $$ -- cuz "my tooth has no ledge to sit on" and offered to do a bridge and/or a root canal on another tooth "that will hopefully last me at least a year" to the tune of over a grand. Are you even kidding me?!? Oh, another $500-plus for a mouthguard. Don't get ANY work done unless absolutely necessary, boys and girls. It is a dog-eat-dog business at this establishment. I am so sorry my former dentist, who was genuine and seemingly honest, retired.
