The pavers were not properly leveled or repaired, and shortly after the installation many of the pavers cracked. The workmanship was poor from start to finish. After multiple attempts to have the issues corrected, Thiago stopped responding and never returned to complete the job or stand behind his work. The lack of communication and professionalism was very disappointing. To make matters worse, Thiago smoked on my property during the installation and left cigarette butts behind. That level of disrespect only added to an already frustrating experience. I now have to pay another professional to tear out and redo the entire project because it was not installed correctly the first time. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I would not hire this company again.

From there if something could go wrong it did go wrong. It was problem after problem and it took over a month from start to finish. At least 1/3 of the driveway now needs to be replaced due to a "cold joint" and poor workmanship. I've attempted to remedy the situation with Mike, but he will not respond to calls or texts anymore. He took my money and left me with a mess of a driveway. Currently the 20x40ft section that needs replacing is bumpy, uneven, discolored, has two large 10ft cracks, and the surface layer is peeling off. In other areas there is water pooling, visible foot prints and high spots where the new and old driveway meet. Overall it's a mess and I regret my decision to use these guys every time I look at my driveway.
