I had such a great experience from our first contact to when they tore down after the party was over. Customer Service: Nicole was kind, responsive, and accommodating. I started talking to Nicole back in March about my daughter's 1st birthday and throughout the entire process she was communicative and punctual. She was so easy to work with. There were multiple times that I changed my mind and wanted a different backdrop design and she was very flexible and accommodated my requests. When I told her that I wanted balloons throughout the venue, she actually went to the venue and gave design recommendations. She also asked for a copy of our invitations so that she could match our color scheme as close as possible. On the day of the event, Nicole and her husband were on time to set up. They saw us struggle putting up banners/decorations and were kind enough to let us borrow their step ladder since we forgot one! They also let us keep the extra vinyl stickers that they brought. Also, they were so quick with the clean up afterwards. Quality: Nicole's balloon and backdrop designs were amazing. I showed her inspiration photos and she showed me example photos but the final product was so much better than what I could've imagined. Her balloons didn't pop/oxidize and lasted all day even in the July heat. The backdrop was very sturdy and the vinyl sticker stayed on. On the day of, Nicole was so creative and took the extra fishnet that we had and incorporated it on the backdrop. I am still in awe of how great a job Nicole did and all my guests were amazed by how beautiful everything was. Price: I did extensive research on many companies in the OC area and Nicole's prices were by far the most affordable for the quality that you get. She was very transparent with the costs of the add-ons such as the mylar/bubble balloons, Chiara Backdrop, and vinyl sticker. She also worked with me to stay within budget and suggested many options that were very budget-friendly. Go with her and you'll get more for your buck. I absolutely loved working with her. Her creativity, detail, and attentiveness are unparalleled and everyone in Orange County should go to her for all your balloon/backdrop needs!
