It is his down to earth approach I liked and he spent a lot of time explaining things. That helped a lot so I could understand what issues at the house and how to resolve those. He came out, thoroughly inspected the areas of my home I was concerned about, and did some repairs. He also made recommendations for further repairs and pricing estimates. Nick was professional, dependable throughout our communication leading up to the visit, and he took his time to answer all of my questions. He guided me through areas of my crawlspace and attic, pointing out the ways my home was built and educating me on my home's foundation and structure. As a homeowner, this is important to me because I want to know my home well and care for it. Nick's fee was reasonable and I appreciated the decades of knowledge and experience he brought to the inspection. My mind is resting easier after Nick's visit, reassurance, and suggested plans for future repairs. In short: Quality work, available for questions, dependable, fair fee, knowledgeable, experienced. A++

I was very disappointed that they did to have the courtesy send us a quote or even follow-up with a phone call or text. Hopefully, in the future they will give their customers better service than we received.
