I was calling daily trying to get my roof scheduled. My house was hit with a tree during Helene and none of the interior could get done until the roof was done. They didn't even start my house till end of March - which I was pissed. Again calling every week, no responses, but they had my money and I was stuck. Then they tried to skirt the system and not have the trusses inspected. Donny - been doing this my whole career- tried to play dumb and was a jerk. I had to hire a structural engineer, I had to find all their mistakes to get them to fix it, and it put me behind another month. All because they took on too many jobs, money hungry, while people are just trying to rebuild and MOVE HOME after their home was destroyed. They couldn't care less, tried to avoid inspection, did shitty work, and now I'm stuck with it. I WISH I NEVER HIRED THIS COMPANY. AWFUL COMMUNICATION. Everyone blames everyone else.
