The beautiful bathroom pictures currently posted here in YELP are my bathroom that Matt came and…read moreput in for us. It is beautiful. (He'll probably change the pictures as soon as I post this!) It is not functional. It is less than 2 years old and must be completely redone. The grout in the tile floors is crumbling and looks horrific. Another contractor said it was because the floor was not stabilized properly before laying the tiles down. Matt blames it on my house. The toilet had to be re-seated because it was put on wrong and leaked into the basement in the first few months. Matt did come and try to fix both of these things. The toilet now works. The grout has continued to crumble and needs to be replaced. As for the shower, the plumbing was installed improperly and also started leaking into the basement. The tile is cracked as well on the shower wall. The grout is coming out of the corner inside the shower. and another contractor said that to fix the plumbing the shower must be torn out as this mistake took place under the tile and cannot be accessed. Water leaks into the basement. I cannot leave it this way. I contacted Matt and asked him if he wanted to make this right. He refused. He wouldn't even come over and look at it. He refuses to take any responsibility for his shoddy work. I will never hire him again. I am a widow and this has all been really traumatic for me.

Wow!!! Ron sets the bar for best experience ever with a contractor. We purchased a vacation home…read morein Sunriver and walked through it together with Ron, decribing our vision and leaning on his expertise. We love that he approaches his business as a partnership with the client, offering design, material and labor options. Ron always shares the pros/cons for an informed decision and is extremely communicative so we always knew how things were tracking. The vision was delivered, including some added scope, on the agreed timeline and price structure. So unreal! Here are some specifics on our project. We decided to replace all of the flooring, build a new kitchen island, create a focal fireplace facade and paint the entire interior. Ron knew we intended for this to be a short-term rental as well so every step along the way he made recommendations of materials that would accomplish the look we wanted to achieve and also provide the durability necessary for renters. We personally wanted to dedicate several weekends towards doing some of the improvements ourselves and Ron was amazing about embracing that and working through the schedule together. During those weekends I often found new projects that slightly expanded the scope, which Ron always accommodated. Since everything is a handshake with him, there was never a mess of change order agreements; he just adjusted his work plans and reflected the new work in the billing. Working with Ron from about 200 miles away felt like we were working with a next door neighbor. He has become our friend through this process and still holds a key to our home. In fact, we recently contacted him for a small outdoor project that he readily squeezed into his already busy schedule and we are so pleased to know that piece of our home is now up to code and build to withstand the Central Oregon elements. Bravo Ron!

Ron builds with detail and thought beyond your imagination. He worked on the job when we weren't there and treated our place like it was his own. I will definitely use him again. We feel so lucky to have found him.

When we moved to TN and bought a house last year we knew we needed to make some changes to it. We…read morecontacted ReDo Homes and spoke with their very talented team of professionals and explained our vision of what needed to be done to make our house a home. During the process of the remodel and addition design they made some very helpful suggestions. As the construction progressed, their attention to detail made the project better than we had expected or even imagined. We believe we have the most beautiful glass block shower in all of East TN as just one of the many aspects of our remodel! We've done many remodels in our lives and ReDo Homes has been the most organized, trustworthy and definitely the most fair construction company we have ever dealt with. We have recommended this well run, family owned company to many family members, friends and neighbors.

We were new to Jonesborough and hired this company to start renovations on our home. From start to…read morefinish this company was a nightmare to deal with. We gave simple instructions along with pictures of what we wanted done only to walk in and see that the carpenter had built a totally different mantle explaining that he felt we would like what he built better. We pulled out the instructions and photos and had a discussion about what had to be done to make the job go any further After being assured that it would be possible to have everything we asked for he proceeded. This job should have taken about 3 weeks to finish and what started in early November ended in January. Granted we had to take a "time out" to wait for the stone. The "Extras" agreed upon to bring his extremely overpriced quote down a few dollars were never given, both fireplaces do not work and the stone has to be redone because within one hour of the contractor finishing the stone actually started to fall off the wall, we have hired another stone mason to come in and remove materials that would have emitted toxic gas and killed us if the wood stove was ever lit, the gas stove basically blows up when you TRY to light it and the CUSTOM WORK discussed came out of a Home Depot Box. Bottom line, everything that REDO Homes promises or tries to do HAS TO BE REDONE!!! I would have given no stars at all but for the owner being one of the nicest man on earth. This is what kept us praying every day that the job would improve. Unless this company can get skilled people to work for them we do not recommend any of their services,
