They were always prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, and very meticulous about doing everything correctly. The deck and steps are now as solid as a rock! It has been a pleasure and a blessing to be able to do business with such a fine company. In fact, I have already recommended Top Tier Decks and Roof Services to one of my neighbors who is planning to do a similar project next spring. Thanks again for everything and blessings to you all!!

He communicates and responds on time and is very professional. The work crew Aaron and the others are so respectful to you , your time, and your property. I can't say enough about this company. I referred them to my 89 year old Mother and they did an outstanding job for her as well. Thanks guys ! We need more companies that conduct business like you .

Recently I reached out to Factory 2 you fence. From the first contact until today with the project completed I feel the way I tell my own clients we should feel, both glad we did it and would do it again. The price was completely fair, the team that arrived at my home was respectfully and professional. A great reflection on the company image. It is a real pleasure to have nothing but praise. Plus my fence is very long and incredibly straight. Thanks guys! Shawn owner of All Points General construction.

The Good: The fence & 3 gates were installed absolutely…read moreperfectly, couldn't ask for straighter lines, cleaner look, etc. Good communication and well-mannered employees. It took a little longer than expected to install due to the constant rain interruptions, but overall went very smoothly. All poles were set in concrete (unlike my neighbors fence unfortunately) I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend them for fence installs. The "Bad" (I took off 1 star for this): They removed my old wooden fence but left several of the old post holes not filled in. They also did a poor cleanup job of the old concrete pieces and left some concrete & mud on my driveway. I filled up 2 - 5 gallon buckets with left behind concrete chunks. They threw several larger pieces of concrete under my neighbors trees... They also got some of the Quickrete on my newly poured driveway & patio and didn't clean it off. I had to scrape it off with a shovel, but it still doesn't look like it should. The person (I think the owner) that picked up the final payment never offered to help clean up the area or send his guys back to do it. Instead, he send me instructions on how to clean the concrete spills off my newly poured driveway & patio... Very unprofessional... I just think they need to learn better customer service on the cleanup end of things. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them for fence installs, just keep an eye on their cleanup if they have to tear out an old fence, or just general cleanup after the install.

I live in a new development and they informed that my yard may be included under my home warranty. They then called the person in charge of my development's warranties, and explained to me the steps to take to file a claim and hopefully get the work done through the builder. Who does that??? They definitely went way above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone!

MAY 17, 2017 Bracken came out today and redid our drive sealant. We were surprised when they…read morewrapped up and just left. Oh well, guess there wasn't anything to talk about really. Quiet, non-grandstanding service, I guess. Anyway, as before, the first impression is close to terrific. The 5th star may be made from unobtainium, but I'll come back and add it if this redo holds up 6-months. Generally, this company's method for approaching this kind of job seems as efficient as you could hope for, their edging is precise, and their spray patterns are made to overlap by about 50%. I've seen other companies do things that must cause nightmares, but not Bracken. My guess is we might have gotten a product batch that was weak the first time and this time has a good chance of giving us the result more like we had expected. ORIGINAL 1-Star: Sadly, the driveway sealing job Bracken did for us didn't last and made the driveway deteriorate much quicker than it's normal rate. Very blotchy and uneven. The surface sealant seemed to produce minor cracks from drawing as it dried. Our neighbor's drive was done a week or so before ours and their drive looks a little better. Our original thought was to have Bracken do a driveway seal as a test to see if they would be the one to call when an asphalt topcoat was due. Maybe they put a heavier coat on our neighbor's drive or changed to a thinner product. Our other neighbor is glad they passed when we suggested they do theirs at the same time. UPDATE: Mar 27, 2017 Bracken called today and I returned their call as soon as I saw the missed call on my phone. Almost didn't return the call because the caller ID said "Unknown Contact" and we all know how much fun anonymous callers can be. Anyway, we were in a crowded place that was pretty loud, but they told me they came by and checked out the driveway and will call back sometime late in April to schedule redoing it in May. I'll keep you updated as time goes on.
