As a board member of an Easton Condo complex I have been working with Bristol South for a couple of years and always had positive experiences.After a slew of incompetent management companies we hired them and they positively impacted every aspect of our complex. They helped us navigate thru a new septic system and landscaping company to name a few. I have never contacted them and experienced them not responding. They are always responsive whether it's a weekend or night. Tom has been a pleasure to work with and the staff at Bristol is outstanding. I highly recommend them. I have been on the board of trustees at 2 different condos that used Bristol South Property Managers and have been very happy with them. Specifically, I have worked with Tom Yule, but the office staff has always been helpful and responsive. At my last condo, our previous Mgmt company had lots of turnover and we were lacking the assistance we needed. Myself and the other trustees interviewed several companies and at last settled on Bristol South, which turned out to be a great decision. After moving and ending up a trustee at my new place, we were in the position to find a new property Mgmt company. Based on my previous experience with Bristol South, I recommended them and we made the switch. They were such an improvement over the prior Mgmt company. We are happy to be working with them and they have been very helpful with some difficult issues that have arisen at our property. read more

Russ, Christopher And Thomas Yule are the three stooges of property management. Unprofessional, rude and unresponsive to the real needs of people who reside at properties under their management. Steer clear of any properties they manage as a renter or a unit buyer because they aren't very good at their trade. And it's a family affair so there are no consequences for mismanagement so it's always more of the same. You've been warned. read more

This is the worst company you could ever work with. They do not respect the owners that pay their salary. Chris Yule is extremely rude obnoxious and arrogant. Unfortunately, my association hired him in 2020 because they were cheaper than a lot of companies. Your association would be better off to spend the money and get someone that's professional and actually enforces the bylaws/rules of your association. Instead, you make a complaint which is supposed to be kept private, he does not keep it private he tells the person that broke the rule who complained about them causing more angst within the community. I have cameras and I can tell you this guy does not come out and look at your property to see what's going on at the property. He just collects your money and does nothing. He harasses anybody that calls with a complaint. I can't stress enough "stay as far away from these people as you can." If I had my way he would've been gone two years. You would think with all the complaints they would be out of business. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau the attorney general's office. Unfortunately he's cheap so he is kept on. I hope Chris remembers that God sees all. You can only rip people off for so long before karma bites you in the ass . I've lived in a condo managed by these incompetent fools for 12 years. They mock you when you when call. The building elevator is constantly broken, the dumpster is overflowing, people drive the wrong way in the parking lot and they harass people about petty things instead of dealing with the building issues. Aweful Management company. They don't communicate with any of the owners. They don't respond to owners complaints via email or phone calls. Trash piles up by the dumpsters and they do nothing. People park in spaces and they do noting about it. Get rid of them. read more

They have managed our community for almost 5 years. They are the 5th or 6th management company in over 15 years and they are by far the best. Great communication with residents and they do not change our site manager every 6 months like other companies. We have had the same manager since day 1. We highly recommend Bristol South. Awful! This company does nothing but harrass and overmanage their properties, owners and renters. Most recently, the dumpster has been overflowing so we have kept our trash on our porch (rather than add to the disgusting mess in the parking lot) until the dumpster has been emptied. Well, chris , who "manages" the property decided to take a picture of the one sealed bag of household waste and 2 pizza boxes and send it to our landlord, threatening us with a fine. Absolutely unreal! How about, around the holidays, you schedule an extra pickup with the waste management company instead of harrassing good tenants and their landlords. They refer to the people as "customers" that alone is worth a 1 star. But they are also a sub par property management company. They are however very good at fining people for the most pedestrian of infractions but have little interest in taking responsibility for managing the property and making sure things are done in a timely and efficient manner. Just look at the other two negative reviews on here. The people that run this company are so hypersensitive! Immediately claiming the negative review is "unfair" and that the review is invalid because they aren't a "customer" (I still don't get that. Are we at a convenient store??) In closing the trash/snow removal are sub par but I will say that the landscaping is pretty decent. They make sure my dirt gets mowed at least once a week. read more

I've never seen anything like this company....they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I asked them for a copy of my condo fee statement and they sent 5 emails asking for things that made no sense. Then they said "oh yeah, we don't do the condo fees, please call...". You can't get in touch with anyone, nobody answers the phone. I think that is because they don't want to get yelled at by their customers. Horrible!!! read more

Our Condo Association recently switched from our long-time management company to Bristol South Management. In my opinion, so far Bristol South has been outstanding ... immediately providing recommendations and assessments on property maintenance, reviewed our budget and books, reviewed and negotiated some vendor contracts, organized our annual owners meeting, ran an election to replace outgoing board members, and they have already saved us money.
