They replaced a large window. The window was cut wrong - too small. They didn't stand by their work, they lied about the situation, and when I confronted the owner and the manager they treated me very condescendingly. He informed me that his employees lied to me. Apparently this is not uncommon for his employees. He expected me to suffer the consequences of his incompetent workers. He refused to correct the wrongly cut window. After 9 months of working with them, and three attempts to fix window, I got a contractor involved. He informed me that the window would have rotted out within a year, encouraged me to cut my loses and have someone else correct and finish the work. The owner threaten to turn me into a collection agency if I did not pay the bill in full with extra charges for late fees even though they never completed the work. The cost to correct their work was almost the same cost of the original work! By far this was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Not trust worthy. Shoddy workmanship. No integrity!
