The ER surgeon who stitched up my face recommended Dr. Hutter and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Hutter performed the difficult surgery brilliantly. But, I had a bad reaction to the dissolvable stitches and my body formed cysts around the sutures that never dissolved, which created another webbing appearance in the corner of my eye. Dr. Hutter told me he wasn't sure if he was skilled enough to do a second procedure (due to the delicate area and sensitive skin). I then went to a so-called specialist in Bellevue and had an awful experience-- waited over an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment just to be seen by some junior level elitist doctor who pointed out other flaws that I didn't complain about and never even got to see the specialist. I trusted my gut and asked for another appointment with Dr. Hutter. Not only did he agree to do the surgery, he also did not have any coffee prior to the surgery (probably to ensure steadiness of his hand)! He successfully removed all the cysts and newly created webbing. He was definitely skilled enough. Dr. Hutter and his staff are amazing. Even though they're all highly educated and skilled, they're down to earth, personable, and fun. And I've never had to wait to be seen by them (unlike the pompous staff at that Bellevue plastic surgeon's office). Dr. Hutter and his staff value your time and take pride in their work and results. I have been…read morewanting to get a breast augmentation for literally my whole life and was very unhappy with my 36A cup size. I had always been self conscious about my flat chest. I hoped and prayed that one day I'd fill out a little bit but it never happened. Once I turned 21 I realized my boobs were not magically going to grow, so I started doing some research for a great plastic surgeon who was also reasonably priced. I had actually gone to a couple of consultations to meet some other plastic surgeons and they were either stiff and not very welcoming, crazy prices, or they weren't willing to go as big as I wanted. I actually gave up and waited for another year. I was actually doing a photoshoot with one of my great friends and his ex wife and many of his models have gotten their boobs done by Dr. Mangubat. His ex wife and all of his models that went to Dr. Mangubat looked absolutely incredible. I made an appointment for consultation and they got me an available appt ASAP! Most places couldn't even get me in within the month and they weren't free. Not La Belle Vie! I got in less than a week after I called and was very excited. I went into my appointment anxious, excited, and very curious. I had lots of questions and Dr. Mangubat, the nurses, and even the woman at the front desk was very knowledgable and helpful. My consultation was very comfortable and relaxing. I didn't feel like I was in a cold emotionless Dr's office, it was very warm and welcoming and that's very important when you're looking to have a serious procedure done that can change your life very drastically. He was very light hearted and friendly and I also met with Dr. Hope Sherie and she was equally as amazing. They give you a bra to insert different sizes in and you can put your shirt on and see how you like it. I decided upon 775cc's because I felt like 700cc was too little and 800cc was a scary big number. This was the ONLY PS that was willing to accommodate my body type and the big size that I wanted - and I felt so happy that I could go so big the first time because I was only an A cup. I wasn't trying to get multiple surgeries and wanted to get the most bang for my buck. I was trying to get the procedure done before my 22nd birthday and I wanted to get the recovery out of the way ASAP, and much to my delight we scheduled my surgery just 3 days after my consultation! I'm very happy they had a cancellation. Dr Mangubat and Dr Hope Sherrie were also very helpful and tried to give me the best deal or offer that they had, and I was lucky enough to get the 1k off for the month of may (in 2013). The day of my surgery was just as amazing as my consultation and they were very sweet and gave me a Valium so I wasn't so nervous right before surgery. My anesthesiologist was also wonderful, he was so sweet and asking me about my tattoos and calming my nerves. Before I knew it (my procedure was only 45 min - an hour) I woke up with boobs! i was in a horrible amount of pain but Dr Mangubat was so sweet and made sure I was in no pain before I left. I highly recommend him and La Belle Vie cosmetics to everybody!

I had the scar from a myomectomy like 13 years ago. It was an ugly uneven scar, right above my pubic hair. My "stomach" skin hung up and folded at the scar, even though my tummy is near flat. Other Drs had tried prying the scar, and injecting fat under it, but none of that made any difference. Dr. Bullis took a little skin out and now no one without high powered vision can see any part of the scar (but maybe a tiny discoloration on RHS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Bullis is a genius. I picked him because he'd done I think 25 times more of the procedure than anyone in the Seattle/Bellevue area. And he uses MUCH less invasive, very advanced techniques, resulting in smooth, versus lumpy end result. Dr. Bullis repaired "other things" what others told me they couldn't. No waitlist to make things easier. I had called other dermatologist and was getting the same response of not accepting new patients. Eventually, I was informed that she had hired a new PA-C when I called, Kieu Dang, and I was finally able to book an appointment--three months out--for 10/8/2025. I showed up prepared to discuss my primary concern, which was acne, but I also wanted to address several additional issues that appeared from the time I scheduled the appointment to 10/8: hair loss, stye eye, eczema on my eyelid, and a new burn. Unfortunately, the appointment lasted only 10-15 minutes. I was told that only my acne would be addressed during this visit, and that I would need to book separate appointments for the other concerns. During the short time I had, I was prescribed three medications with very little explanation. Told I needed to take them for life. Kieu Dang simply looked at my skin and mentioned that I had various types of acne without specifying what they were. No blood work was done, and aside from a light scan on my face, no in-depth examination took place. She recommended CeraVe and Cetaphil--brands I had already tried without success--and showed no empathy or personalized care. Her overall demeanor lacked any sense of customer service or attentiveness. It was incredibly disappointing to invest three hours of my day, including the commute, for such a brief and unhelpful appointment. After waiting over a year and trying multiple treatments in the meantime--facials, microneedling, chemical peels--I had hoped for a more thoughtful and thorough medical consultation. From a patient standpoint, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a healthcare provider on 10/8/2025. Kieu was much better in my follow-up on 10/9/2025. She showed signs of empathy, understanding, curiosity, and personalized treatment. The explanation for treatment and prevention for my eye eczema and burn was explained with detail by providing background. I was happy to see this change in less than 24 hours in her care. I appreciate a physician being flexible in their care and taking feedback.
