Just a heads up to anyone considering buying from Brisbane Motorcycles. I had a serious issue with my brand new limited edition Ducati Scrambler that was damaged when delivered- dealing with the dealership was an incredibly frustrating experience. Communication was poor, the matter dragged on for 4 months where they had my bike and my money, and there was effectively no customer service or ownership of the issue. When I suggested a brand new bike should be delivered undamaged I was told 'we don't always get what we want'. In the end, I had to engage a lawyer and send multiple formal letters to Ducati and the dealership before the problem was finally resolved and the damaged tank replaced. If you look at the online reviews, you'll see I'm far from the only customer who has had problems with after-sales service there. Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before buying. Never again. read more

I had my new Suzuki DE800 serviced by James Mutton's Sydney dealership Sydney City Motorcycles Caringbah. It was the first service, 1000klms in November 2024. I have just had it serviced at a different Suzuki service agent where it was discovered the back axle nut was missing either never replaced or tightened up. I had done over 3000klms with a loose or no rear axle nut. I would get a mechanic to check over any motorcycle after beng serviced by this company! read more

I recently bought a 2nd hand Moto Guzzi California Touring. Dealt with Greg. As I bought unseen, (I live 1100kms away) I had to rely on what he told me along with photos of the bike. Friendly, honest and down right accommodating, Greg went out of his way to give me everything I needed to make a decision. No surprises when I arrived, just more of the "what else can I do for you" and "Is there anything else you need?" topped off with a full tank of fuel. Fantastic service, and a very fair price. Rode it home with no issues. I'll definately use them again. read more

I have purchased a motorcycle interstate from Brisbane Motorcycles, they are purposely ignoring my emails, calls and letters of demand. I will be instructing the local claims court in Sydney NSW for non-disclosure of the motorcycles defects costing in excess of $3000.00. I had also received the bike with damages. Be very careful with this company when buying interstate. They think that they can just avoid me and I will go away because I am based in another state of Australia. Well they will be very shocked when they receive a court notice soon. Photo enclosed of damages and I also have the report from the Ducati Specialist here in Sydney, Gowanlock that have advised the Motorbike was not serviced at all. And if I had kept riding it, the motorbike would have catastrophic engine failure. read more
